Flood Zone The old lady at the front desk was charming but that is the only good thing we have to say about this place. Damp & musty room we felt dirty even after a shower. Everything is old and needs major renovations! Do not stay here!

Shabby upkeep. Not very clean. Everything worn out. Neither sink or tub drain emptied. AC on full blast with no temp or fan control. No blanket. Requested first floor, did not get it. Traveling with 2 dogs and had to go through breakfast area with them to get to upstairs room. No elevator.

Traveling through _ will never stop here The carpeted floor was sticky, someone had to replace the bathroom light in the first 5 mins. Huge party happening which I actually I'm cool with but there was some major yelling happening outside our door after midnight and questionable domestic violence. I felt bad the poor teenager's had to try and explain it away but I was still concerned. I. The morning breakfast was at 6am. The refrigerator was still locked at 630, the hard boiled eggs were well over a week old, wrinkled and a Very very bad look for the hotel/motel's appearance. The young man at the front desk was rude and unbothered by every detail that they would be responsible for and was 100% out of my control. It was early and trust me, I would happily do every in my power to avoid conflict but the fridge was locked, wouldn't shut after, juice machine was out of order but no sign so this kid looked at me like an IDIOT for asking. MIGHT want to put up a sign. Will NEVER stay here again. If you feel special about a Free continental breakfast DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.HERE

Cancelation The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced in life. Due family emergency, I made a reservation, and 10 minutes later, I called to cancel it; I spent 30 minutes on the phone, and they refused to cancel it. They put me on hold five times, and I was returned to the menu until I asked a Yes or No question if they were going to cancel it or not. They just play with you until you get so stressed and hung up. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. ZERO STARS

worst experience just trying to pay for a room The front desk lady Sharlet was the worst thing I ever had to deal with for customer service, rooms were bad too, I think there was mold in the tub, I am glad we went to another hotel after only 2 days there.
