Help at a stressful time. After a tragic fatality on the railway line to London LNER cancelled all trains and instructed passengers to find hotels for the night. A frantic search began at 10pm with everyone looking to book the closest hotels to the station. In the panic we made a mistake with the date. Amanda was a star in resolving this for us. In the hotel reception which was full of people looking for somewhere to stay, the staff were kind and helpful offering to call taxis once passengers had found other hotels. A very stressful situation kindly dealt with.

Very good quality hotel. Great staff. Great location. Great hot buffet breakfast. Really good value for money. Would happily recommend a stay at this hotel.

Peterborough's Best - Comfy Room and Excellent Staff I spend a fair amount of time in hotels and have to say that all of the staff I met at the Park Inn deserve a big pat on the back for doing a great job and making me feel welcome. They were not just good, they were excellent! My room was very comfortable and quiet with a tasty block (not a small bar) of chocolate left with my tea and coffee facilities. A nice touch. I don't normally sleep too well in hotels but the bed was so comfy I dozed off almost straight away After my stay, I realised I may have left something in my room and on contacting the hotel, they confirmed I had and without any hesitation said they would post it to me. That's what I mean about great service. Would I stay there again, yes please.

Brilliant fun (as always) Each time the fun is different, extraordinary how quick they can think and the almost telepathic way the others pick up the lead is simply fantastic. We are late 50s, son and his fiancée mid twenties, we ALL thoroughly enjoyed the evening and would recommend to absolutely anyone (just don’t be looking for Michelin star food - seventies fare). A few glasses of wine, a few beers, an ok meal and hilarious entertainment, quite frankly what could anyone want more!

Comedy event great, food awful We came to a comedy dining event which was great fun and really well executed during our meal. However the food served by the Park inn was woeful. A chicken breast that had every drop of moisture cooked out of it you could barely but through it . Accompanied by the smallest boiled potatoes that had a strange texture to them. Our whole table ( not part of our group) were all disappointed with the food. Not even a napkin on the table , it was very basic . I would look to buy tickets for the comedy dining event at a different location in future as the event was great.
