Beware, renovations are on going! It wasn't a good stay at all. I checked in on 2 Nov 2024 and renovations were still on going. They still had somewhat of a breakfast, biscuit with egg and sausage, bagels with egg and sausage (had to warm up in microwave), muffins, orange juice, cranberry juice, coffee, apples, oranges, and all was a “grab bag”. The first three days I had to get my room card reconfigured. I also had checked with the front desk, at 7 a.m., if I was on the list for room cleaning service, they said I was; only to finish work and go to my room and it wasn’t cleaned. I had to go to the Front Desk to request towels. One day I did experience very low hot water pressure. I let the Front Desk know and the general man that was in charge of the renovation said that they would go to my room and check it out (he did ask permission if they could enter, I gave them the okay). I returned after work and I did have hot water again, kudos! I would suggest before booking a room here, you should call first to check if renovations are still on going.

I felt very disappointed in the Hampton/Hilton hotel My husband and I were traveling from Georgia to NJ and decided to stop and rest instead of traveling straight thru. We always stopped at a Hilton Hotel/ Hampton because we knew it would be very nice, Well this time, I had the worst experience. Renovations were awful. They should close down the entire hotel and re open when finished, I will never stay at a Hilton / Hampton Inn again. The front desk was a room with a desk and the girl greeted us at the door with her Pajamas on. I didn't sign anything and I was handed a key to my room . They took NO information at all. I was appalled and very upset. When we checked out we went to the same room. to hand in our key. It was a meg-shift office and not professional at all. Don't go here. Louise Arnold conf 53521833

Shameful Do NOT book here unless you are sure their renovations are complete! I booked through Hotels.com and THEN got a message from the hotel saying they were under renovation. They said the lobby was closed (were using a guest room for check-ins), there may be "some" construction noise between the hours of 9am and 5pm, and said breakfast would be "grab and go". The message was very misleading, in my opinion. Nowhere did they mention the pool would be closed, which it was. There was a construction worker on a crane outside of my window at 7:58am. There was only one elevator working and I was told the stairwells were closed due to construction. (I assume they'd let guests use the stairwells if there were a fire?) I wish I had taken pictures of the areas housekeeping "missed", but I will say it wasn't horrible... The WiFi was spotty, at best. I did not complain to the staff because I knew that they couldn't do anything about the situation. I did check out the two hotels across the street, and the one next door, but they appeared to be worse! (In hindsight, not the nicest area. I did my research too late. It was a last minute trip, as my son was in a nearby hospital.) I did send a complaint to the hotel's feedback page, but have had zero reply, which angers me even more. Hampton Inn used to be my favorite chain. Not anymore. I feel like they mislead me and are now avoiding communication. Shame on them.

Hotel is dirty and poorly serviced, yet it’s brand new. Go elsewhere! Hotel is under construction. Rooms are new. So how can the be so dirty? Here’s a pic of the bathroom floor after wiping up a wet spot. Ewwwwww! Why can these hotels pay their staff to clean???? Thy have prefilled bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guess what? Two of the three bottles were empty! WTF! GO SOMEWHERE WLSE!

This looks and feels like an abandoned hotel in the Ukraine This hotel's website offers a pristine looking Hampton Inn. We were shocked when we arrived. It looked like an old abandoned hotel... in the Ukraine. The website mentions the hotel is under reconstruction and based on past reviews it has been for sometime now.. it says a few amenities might not be available. In reality this is a gutted hotel. The pool is green from thick thick algae. The check in process is done in a hotel room as is the Free Breakfast. The room numbers are written on tape on each door. In my opinion this hotel has no business being open. It looks like it's under construction not reconstruction. Still, that didn't stop Hampton Inn from charging full price for my stay.
