Great option for a family weekend getaway _ Everything's great _ I mean. Check in ✅ room cleanliness, bed, pillows, even the couch was soo great. Dove products in the bathroom. Coffee machine and Colombian cofee __ Sadly, it was raining the next day so we couldn't use the pool. Breakfast was good I mean the hotel always say that is light breakfast so. It is what it is. Don't ask for more, otherwise go to the 4 seasons. Room was quiet and cozy. Nice touch that now we live on a connected times, we need electric plugs everywhere and the room has it. One thing I can complain is that I wasn't able to get internet connection on my laptop, it worked on the phones though And last but not least, price per night was very competitive Vs. Airbnb options. So check it out. Great work IHG group ___

We got to be friends with the maintenance dept. Both the desk and maintenance people were friendly and helpful, but we needed them too often. Our refrigerator had to be swapped out because it was freezing our food. The elevator had to be repaired one of the evenings we were there. Other issues: the bathroom fan was annoyingly loud and it came on with the light; heavy foot thumping above us; the towels qualified as rags. Good bed. Lots of space. Good temperature control. Good desk/chair configuration.

Annoying housekeeping and xenophobic propaganda in the dining room - no thanks! Hotel facilities are nice. Room is clean, shower hot. Breakfast is decent but lacks pancakes/waffles despite being a sign for it. At the time of our arrival the main entrance is undergoing some sort of work and is closed. Downsides are that housekeeping starts knocking on your door at 8. Then again at nine even though checkout is a noon, ignoring the do not disturb sign. Very annoying. But even more annoying is the xenophobic propaganda they’re playing in the breakfast room, landing this hotel automatically on my never visit again list. Stuff like that doesn’t exactly make me feel welcome.

Old, ugly and bad service hotel. If you complain, THEY CALL THE POLICE ON YOU!!! Worst service EVER! We got back to the room around 8pm and no one cleaned it (they forgot to clean it). I called the front desk to check this and the lady in charge told me she understood it was their mistake but she was not able to do anything, and that there were no available rooms to move to a clean one. She didn't offer me clean towels, soap, NOTHING. When I went downstairs to check this, a "walk in" family got a room, so this means she lied to me since there were available rooms. I started to complain to her and she told me that if I didn't like it, I was free to leave the hotel. When I started to argue about that comment, SHE CALLED THE POLICE!!! So I went back to my room and the police visited me. When I explained the situation they were surprised and left the place without any warning to myself, since they agreed I was right and this girl was wrong. Even though I reported this to IHG, no one did anything. It seems that being Platinum Elite has no benefits at all.

Friendly and Clean! The Hotel Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Check in took only a couple minutes. Check out even easier. The room was comfortable and clean and the temperature was set perfectly. Ohhhh… and those pillows!! Aaahhhhh… Always stay at this location when in the Valley. Will be back again!
