Family get away I love this hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hot tub was so nice and warm. We also enjoyed the breakfast. It was an over all fun and peaceful experience. The rooms were a good size and nice and clean with a nice big window. I will definitely go again

Reasonable price My first time staying here and the staff was really friendly and very attentive. The only thing that I dislike was that it smelled like sewer. The housekeeper was sweet enough to give us extra sprays. I would love to come back and stay when I'm in town but I cannot handle the sewer smell...

Accionadable You really cannot complain about a hotel where the staff did their best to be very accommodating. Since the hotel does not have an elevator I needed a room downstairs and all that was available was smoking. I believe Michael was his name showed me the room and freshened it up so it did not smell like smoke. The room was clean and I was happy with my stay. The breakfast needed more choices than just eggs and beans but all in all, I would return.

Amazing customer service Amazing place to be. The staff was very helpful in every single way. The place was super clean. They welcomed me and my friends very warmly. This place really felt like Home and not just a one day stay. Highly recommend!!

July business visit Alyssa the front desk person. Very rude, condescending and RACIST. Don’t judge a book by the cover because of my color. I can tell clearly that you should not be in customer service. Too lazy to give a receipt when I checked out. Had to argue with her before she grudgingly printed one for me. WoW ! After 8 nights staying there you get SH-T on you way out. I know it’s Deep South but keep your hatefulness aaway from work and save the business another customer. You should be FIRED. Shame on you for making McAllen look BAD __
