Front desk staff rude and unhelpful! Front desk staff is awful. When we checked in we were greeted with glares from the front desk clerk who was sitting in the breakfast area with what appeared to be her family. We had a 2 queen suite, with pull out couch. There were not enough pillows, so we went to front desk to ask for 2 pillows. Told there were no pillows. Early the next morning our son vomited in the bathroom, we called the front desk to ask if they could bring up some cleaner and rags so we could clean the bathroom. Call #1- call back in 10 min. Call #2- I don't know where cleaner is, housekeeping does not come in until 10 am (this was 6:30am) Call #3- I left a message for housekeeping, I can't find cleaner. After 1.5 hr we went downstairs, there was a person with a bottle of cleaner wiping tables in breakfast area. At that point front desk clerk gave us a bottle of cleaner, which was located right next to her. We requested additional towels, when the head of housekeeping (Emily) came up she was extremely friendly. When I inquired about additional pillows she said they were available, and that the front desk should have provided us with them the night before. At that point we cancelled the remainder of our stay and checked out. There were 3 different front desk clerks during our short stay. Each of them was rude and seemed irritated that they were asked for help, not welcoming or friendly at all. We ended up moving to the Holiday Inn Express just down the road on 280 in Phenix City---the staff there was exceptional! Rooms, hotel itself and pool were clean.

March 2024 Hotel is new and clean. We were there for a big swim championship. The front ladies are friendly and nice. The breakfast lady is fantastic though breakfast itself is nothing exceptional. We were there for 4 days but never got house keeping. It says house keeping is done every other day to save environment, however, our room was never cleaned. On the 3rd day, I went down to get new sets of towels. Our trash was full and beds were unmade. By the time I reached out to the front, house keeping crew had gone home! NAIA conference will be in Columbus indefinitely, but I doubt we’ll be back to this hotel.

Excellent Hampton Inn. This location Hampton Inn is very nice. Upon Checking in, front desk agent "Amy" was very professional and friendly. She was outstanding and I visit Hilton's often. The room was very clean and super comfortable. This is a very good Hampton Inn and Amy makes it even more special.

Not so great anymore Used to be better, 1. no soap in room, 2, no bags for ice bucket last few stays, 3. staff decided to vacuum the hall while on speaker phone with an acquaintance 9pm at night & very load, and the most unusual.., 4. a homeless fella was waiting outside and then later we saw him inside the hotel sitting and eating at the breakfast buffet, & yes we are certain he was homeless because we saw him earlier sitting outside at a park bench with his bike and all his possessions strapped to his bike. Rooms are clean and breakfast is hot & filling.

GA-Phoenix City, AL Very nice stay with good restaurants nearby. We recommend 431 Cafe, J’s Catch __ Near Ft. Moore with easy access on major highways. Very nice staff to help with accommodations and info to get around the area.
