Wet, Wild and Fun! Did a fun staycation with my grandkids. Had a blast at the water park sliding down the numerous water slides, wave pool and then relaxing in the lazy river. They also have numerous regular swimming pools throughout the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Room accommodations were fabulous in our 1 bedroom suite (slept 4). Room was clean and appeared to be updated (carpet and furnishings). Staff was wonderful and nice from check in, outdoor waitresses and life guards even the night bellhop gave us a golf cart ride back to our room after losing our key. . Had a great meal at Rustlers Roost nearby restaurant on property grounds. Will do it again. Just a fun way to stay cool in the desert heat.

Exceptional Hospitality Team My granddaughter, her friend, and I came to use the Oasis water park. We decided to get a room because it was less expensive than getting day passes at the resort. Out of the resort control, but the outdoor temperature was 107°. Plenty of shade available today with many lounge chairs accessible as the facility just finished with an event and most people were checking out. Our room is quite nice, but did feel warm at 74 so we had to set the thermostat down to 70 and our unit is on the bottom floor. Appreciate the safe. The two queen beds in our suite are very comfortable as is the sleeper sofa. The hotel is very accommodating to guests. They checked us in at noon, the time that guests can start using the water park on check in day (before the actual 4:00 p.m. check in). However, since a room was available we did not have to wait until 4:00 p.m. to access our room. Excellent service by the front desk associate! Also, for those hotel guests using the water park that 12:00 noon access on check-in day is helpful as is the ability to use the water park until 6:00 p.m. on the checkout date (normal check out time is 11:00 a.m.). The only negative was that food at the pool grill for three people was over $100. Portions are quite large and we probably could have done with half the food, but didn't know that at the time we ordered. We had planned to have dinner here, but will not because of the prices. Overall the staff go out of their way for guests' needs and that service can often make up for some of the over the top food pricing. Even with the abundance of positives, our family will likely not stay here in the future.

Just a big nope. We booked a last minute staycation before school started. I read all the reviews and thought this would be a GRAND vacation. I was extremely disappointed. The room that slept 6 barely fit 3 comfortably. Our teen that got stuck on the pull out was a trooper but that mattress was TERRIBLE! The suite was very small. Our first day we arrived to an insanely crowded water park. There were no chairs together-anywhere!! We finally found 2 and shared them and after 3 hours we decided to pull the neighboring towels aside. Of course after 3 hours the people came back and wanted their seats back. You shouldn’t be able to place your towels on a chair and abandon them for half a day! Different selfish people also loved to hoard the tubes from the Lazy River. They’d pull them out and place them at their spot and claim they were “theirs.” The wave pool was wall to wall people and just not fun. My kids were thoroughly disappointed in this water park. The lines for the big slides were incredibly long. They wait a full 2 minutes after each person goes down so it takes forever to ride them! Food and drinks were extremely overpriced. The workers worked hard but it was such slow service. I will not return to the place. Clearly they let too many people in with that Resort Pass. It did not meet expectations and don’t fall for the mid July low prices! You’ll definitely pay your fair share in resort fees, food, drinks etc!

Arizona Grand resort Lovely sleeping area. Beds were comfy so comfy the teenagers didn't want to get up. Added fees at the end of the trip...thought I paid them already but needed to go catch my flight. 180.00 per room with no explanation just resot fees. Food expensive over 20.00 per item . Drinks about the same. Microwaves available but you need to ask for one...10.00 to rent. Pools and water park are fabulous.
