Horrible Worst hotel ever ! No running water . They didn’t mention this from the beginning but NO Heat ! The entire hotel has no heat. This is absolutely absurd. Do not book! Spend money elsewhere. This is outrageous and my daughters woke up with a cough because we thought this whole time there was heat

Be Prepared..... I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to provide advanced notice (warn) people what they might experience. I arrived at 11:30am, well before normal check-in time. I was advised that my room was not ready but to check back at noon, which I did, still not ready, 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm and 3pm. At 3:15pm still not ready but option to move to a room that is ready? I asked why this option wasn't presented 3.5 hours ago. Response was I don't know. Not great but honest. Rooms are very dated. Desk table almost collapsed when I put my laptop on it. When I say the beds are the most uncomfortable beds I have slept in, I'm not exaggerating. The HVAC system is so old that it can't heat one room while cooling another. Depending on the season it either blows hot air, cold air or room temp air. Because I visited in November it was warm during the day and cold at night. Not good. When I asked the front desk about how I could warm the room up, they said they could provide me with a space heater. The entire lobby space is under construction/renovation which I can live with but it would have been nice to have known this ahead of time. The shower water gets warm but not hot, when I reported this to the front desk they seemed surprised but it never got fixed. After reading several reviews it seems this is an on-going problem. Evening reception is laughable. Well drinks are complimentary any premium is a cost which is fine, not uncommon. The snacks were a bowl of tortilla chips, a bowl of salsa and a few carrot sticks. Last, I asked for a late checkout ( Gold Status) and was denied. The only perk was the location which was close to restaurants. I wouldn't stay again.

DO NOT STAY! Dirty, worn, and no heat! The absolute worst Embassy Suites—and I have stayed at many. I attempted to resolve the issues with management prior to my departure, but never received a response despite being told I would receive a response from the manager. Issues: 1. There were wood screws on the floor of the room. I stepped on one barefoot and injured myself. The screws appear to have fallen out of the bed frames, which were falling apart. 2. The rooms are not heated. I was given a space heater which did not adequately heat a two room space. 3. The bathtub/shower was full of hair. I had to clean the bathroom myself. The bathtub was also so dated and chipped. 4. The smell of paint/chemicals was overwhelming. 5. Generally, the hotel is dirty including the common areas. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone for any reason.

No Hot Water This wasnt our first time here. I have been going here for our anniversary because the restaurant we like to eat at is across the street. I went to take a HOT shower before dinner and there was none. Spoke to mgr and he said there is construction going on on to let water run. Ran for45 mins stiil no hot water. I gave up as we were late. In the morning before we went to airport I tried again, no hot water and no shower. Maintenance guy came and ran every sink to no avail. went home with no shower. I wont be going back, we are also Diamond members of Hilton. I also resent paying for parking in the lot as it is huge and I should have parked next door for free.......

Dangerous & Deceived!  Hiltons Fraudulent Practices is the Normal of the Industry and as Consumers we must demand change or find alternatives accommodations.  An "Under Construction" in Red should be clearly visible on all traveling reservation sites, with a major reduction in price of rooms and no parking fees, otherwise they are clearly trying to deceive us into staying without choices if room already paid and financially unable to pay for a last minute room else where.  The Staff was Incredible and commend them for having to deal with such a difficult situation of the mess and dangerous remodeling to the guests and staff.  After three stays at this location in two years, I will never return again.
