Not the best This was an inconvenient hotel. The rooms are a long way from the lobby and parking is at an adjacent private lot (validated by the hotel). I specifically made sure we had breakfast with our reservation, but then we were told it was not included. The city water tastes terrible, which is not the hotel's fault, but they could have at least used filtered water for their coffee and tea in the morning.

Find another place to stay. This was once a great hotel. It's unfortunately not anymore It's unfortunate that the hotel management has stopped caring about this motel. It's a great location. I've stayed here many times but I'll never come back. The front desk person is rude and he could care less. I went down to the pool. There was no towels. There had not been towels for quite some time. Bathrooms are locked. Everything needs to be swept and cleaned, It is falling in disrepair. Tried calling the front desk. You're going to lose more customers because of this individual than you can never realize. He's rude, condescending and could care less about this motel. And its customers. I was told I could have called hotels but there is no phone at the pool as he well knows and he's too lazy to have any towels set out

Average to Poor Ended up with Multiple issues and all started with night time front desk person - not friendly at all for the two days I stayed there. Refrigerator froze my diabetic medication. Fan in bathroom did not work. Toilet over filled and was afraid it would flood each time flushed. Was told breakfast included with our rate when reservations made...had to argue the point but it was provided. Given two bottles of water the first day for coffee in rooms, asked the next day and was told by the "Not friendly night time front desk guy" - "you can buy water, we don't give it away..." then watched as he gave water to next person who was behind me in line.

Not so happy The restaurant only had one person working, he was working hard but customers were waiting a long time. Fire alarm went off all night. Fridge so noisy and could clearly hear all traffic from the road like our windows were wide open, which they were not. When checking out they just didn't answer why alarm kept going off, no apology. Got very little sleep for an early flight out.

Loud doors interfered with sleep We checked in rather late due to a problem with our Airbnb and just wanted a good night's sleep. Staff was professional and friendly, but unfortunately the doors appear to be spring-loaded so that they slam shut when released, so every person who comes and goes creates (without meaning to) a loud slamming noise. We did not get much sleep because of this.
