Very Outdated Resort The resort is actually in a perfect location, which is central to everything. Only problem is the amenities close by is in a high homeless area, which can be very dangerous during the summer months. The first unit we were given we received a garage door opener. I was happy that we could par our car in the garage due to the hot summer months. This was our first issue. I opened the garage and it was turned into a storage unit for maintenance. I guess all the ilunits they provide to non timeshare members do not have a usable garage eventhough each unit is connected to one. Instead of providing us with a unit with garage they put us in the units that were very outdated. The garage next to ours had a broken garage door that looked like it hadn't attempted to being fixed. It had a snapped cable that was rusted through. Now in a desert the chance of a a rusted cable is almost impossible unless it has been sitting there for a long time. The fitness center was laughable, it was maybe a 10 x 10 room that had dated equipment. The mattresses in both bedrooms sunk in the middle, so it just shows they have not been changed in at least 10byears or more. The bathrooms were dated cracked tike and gaps along the tub walls where water was seeping through. The furniture was the original furniture from I am guessing when these timeshare were developed. Wyndham should be embarrassed to even rent these units out. It is not a resort it is a motel 6 with a kitchen. The only positive was that the kitchen was clean and usable. We did find crumbs and hair throughout the unit.

Disappointed Our 2 bedroom unit was dirty. There had been a dog or cat staying there. Everyday we found small black hairs on the coffee table. Like they were floating in the air. We went to get the sweeper to sweep carpet & floors & living room furniture & all that was there was a 1950’s Bissel push sweeper. No electric one. The kind with the rollers. The pool Area was very nice but dirty. The outdoor tables at the pool were not wiped off the entire week we stayed there. The had snow cones the day we arrived & tables were a sticky mess all week. The tiles around the inside pool were so dirty. The filter on the bottom of hot tub was loaded with black mold. Every unit has a garage unit under it & we were told we could not use it as 40% of the garages were being used by the resort for their storage. We were there when it was 114 degrees & would have appreciated a garage to keep our car out of the sun. The sales person there was relentless. Called every day even tho we told him we were not buying any more points. We finally ended up blocking his number after the 4th day. Resort looks so nice from outside. Inside rooms a different story.

Not Terrible But I Won't Stay Here Again It started at check-in. Things seemed fine until we went to the unit. After opening an unlocked door, we were met with hand tools, construction materials, and a dolly. This unit was quite obviously being renovated. So, we trenched back to the office in the rain to let them know. There was no attempt at an apology. Just a minor eye roll for taking up her time. She handed it off to another worker who gave us another unit. Overall, it was okay. The sliding patio door barely slid and the patio chairs were covered in dirt and bird droppings. The fridge sounded like it was on its last leg. The porch light didn't work. The family room television seemed precariously perched on the wall. The sofa-bed mattress was terrible and there was no bedding for it. I mean, we didn't feel unsafe but there have to be better places out there.

Awesome Home Away From Home Raintree Hotel was an absolute gem hidden in the mountains. I saw the pictures before booking, but I had no clue what I was about to walk into. Check-in was easy, and to my surprise, right after check-in, the hotel had a welcome desk where the young lady would help with anything visitors may need locally. That was a first and very, very. Our two-bedroom and two-bathroom suite had an attached garage. Unloading my SUV inside a covered garage was helpful and provided a sense of security. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and everything I could ask for was a place away from home. We used the swimming pool area, which was nice. I noticed a barbecue area, a ping pong table, and an ice machine. Again, things that provided comfort to guests. Overall, I highly recommend it and would gladly go back again! Had I known that this one-night accommodation provided so much ease, I definitely would’ve booked for longer.
