Nice place to stay. Hotel is currently being remodeled and will be changing to a Country inn and Suites within a week. Rooms are very large with separate bedroom and living room. Each room had a large screen TV. Breakfast area was not available, but they gave us a bag with a breakfast sandwich, snack bar, apple, muffins, and water. This will be very nice when remodeling is complete. Desk clerk recommended an Italian restaurant which was very good.

Needed extra time for check-in process, expectations met The hotel was hard to find, even with GPS directions and maps. The parking lot was well laid out and easy to navigate and park. The check-in process was rough but excellently handled by the front desk. We ended up with adjoining rooms and very nice accommodations -- particularly the rooms' layouts suited our combined needs. The room was well stocked, clean and with the exception of having a working bathroom fan, it was well maintained. The bathroom had a unique soap holder making this a very nice feature to keeping run away soap from happening. Over all, this was a good value hotel with an excellent location for our travel plans.

Convenient. A good value. Room 121 for one night — this is an accessible room on the first floor. Early evening arrival, found the hotel located at the end of a dimly lit winding road behind some other businesses (which backs up to a wooded area beyond). Upon approach, I was a little put off, wondering what kind of place I'd reserved. The hotel name was printed on a banner over the previous hotel signage — so my first impression of this hotel was not terribly positive. (I had chosen it because of price and rating from reviews). But Angie at the front desk was friendly, assuring me that this was a safe area. (It does have a very well lit parking lot) She was also very helpful, taking time to get me a discount I didn’t realize was available. The interior looked pretty good. The lobby is a mix of updated and dated finishes but seemed clean and tidy. Hallways are wide and well lit with plush carpet that looked clean. The room, which felt spacious because of the high ceilings, was a suite so you enter into a living area with a small couch, desk and large screen TV; beyond is a long countertop with single serve coffee, ice bucket, microwave, and mini fridge; across from that is the spacious bathroom with a zero entry shower (excellent water pressure!) that has a fold-down seat; bed is soft but supportive and very comfortable with soft pillows; and there’s another TV here. There's lighting on either side of the bed; closet has full length mirrors on the doors, and inside, hanging space, iron and board and a couple of luggage racks. Clock and phone in the room. Bathroom has soap and shampoo / conditioner. Ice machine and vending at the end of the hall, small business center near the lobby. The hotel has an elevator. Breakfast included with room. Two maintenance issues I found the morning after: no water in the toilet tank to flush, and hairdryer did not work which I reported to the front desk. However, overall, a good experience. Quiet room. Convenient to the highway too. I would stay here again. Very good value.

Horrible stay, don’t do it This was a horrible stay. My room did not have air so they gave me 2 other rooms. One had a mouse and other had ants. Went for family reunion. Our whole floor our keys did not work so every time we left we had to get keys reprogrammed. Not just us but other guests also. I guess they are privately owned now so when i called to to talk to management and ask for corporate number i was informed by the manager (James)their is no corporate and when i tell him you had a mouse he was go tell me i was bs-ing (very unprofessional). One of the rooms smelled like old cheap vodka, the hall on the 3rd floor smelled like burnt curling iron. The elevators floor is so dirty. Don’t get me wrong when you walk in the lobby, is very nice. Housekeeping came to clean my rooms and took towels but left none, so when i went to get towels you have to turn in dirty towels in order to get new ones. She fixed bed did not empty trash and left old cover on the floor by the door. This place is a disgrace. Mind you it was just renovated 3 weeks ago. When i came back at 1:00am and my key to get in building (because they lock front entrance at 11) didn’t work, after standing outside for 7 minutes the front desk attendant came from back scratching and stretching like she just woke up told me i should have called to get in. Sink was clogged and floors dirty.

Good Hotel in a Pinch Booked this hotel on bookings.com. Hotel honored price for a very late arrival. Room was adequate but the bathroom fixtures are in need of repair. The toilet fill valve was broken and the toilet stopped working. There was also a leak in the pipes running to the shower causing the floor to become wet. This didn't effect us as we only spent one night.
