Smoky Mountain Visit Here’s a polished TripAdvisor-style review you can post: We had a great experience at Granny Cluckett’s Restaurant in Pigeon Forge. The food was delicious, fresh, and exactly what we were hoping for. Service was excellent—our waitress, Allura was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Everything from start to finish was enjoyable, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Review from a family of 6. The hotel was nice. The pool and hot tub were nice but the water slides don’t open until 1 and we had no idea that was the case, it wasn’t posted and we had to come from the second building in the winter so having to walk back and forth from the pool back to our room waiting for the slides to open with 4 little kids was not ideal.

Incredible stay! We had a wonderful stay at Country Cascades in Pigeon Forge. The hotel and our room were very clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind — it was noticeable and appreciated. The indoor water park was perfect for our kids and exceptionally clean, which really stood out to us. They had an absolute blast. The arcade was a little on the pricey side, but that didn’t stop the kids from loving it and having a great time. Overall, this was a fantastic family-friendly hotel and we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Pigeon Forge with kids!

Positives outweigh negatives This trip was a gift to our grandchildren ages 7 and 4. First of all a big thanks to the staff they were amazing from check-in, coffees shop, gift store and the activities hats off to all of you. Our treehouse room was perfect. The only downside and it did affect our stay was closing the waterslides alternating every hr. When the small slides were closed it left our 4 year old with nothing to do because with the slides closed the pools became very crowded. When the bigger slides closed every other hour it left our 7 year old with not much to do. That is a simple fix hire two additional workers and all of that could be an easy fix. Also if Granny Cluckets offered an affordable dinner plan we would not have ventured out to eat. The cafe inside the indoor park was closed our entire stay. Im definitely not a Debbie Downer these are simple easy fixes to make this the best place hands down to stay at pigeon Forge especially if you have children under the age of 12. With everything said I would stay again because the positive outweighs the negative.

Family Fun Everything was great about Country Cascade. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Food was good. The fun was unstoppable. There are so many activities going on that you don't need to leave the motel. If your staying 3 or more nights there is an offer on the website to get a free $100 arcade play card. So basically your getting the room for one hundred dollars less. They also have refillable drinks that you can purchase for one day or for your entire stay at a cheap price. We will definitely be going back.
