Best place for the family! Our new favorite place to go, a hidden gem. It’s not too busy, always something to do. The schedule to things to do is amazing. We absolutely love it, you don’t have to leave because there is everything there! We love it!

10/10 BEST resort in Tennessee!! Country Cascades Waterpark We LOVE Country Cascades Waterpark Resort! Reservations/check-in, everything is such an easy process! They are so helpful the entire time if you need anything at all!! My family and I have been THREE times now and we never plan to go anywhere else with the kids when we stay in Tennessee. It is the best kid friendly/family friendly resort! SO many different options to do throughout the day where you don’t even have to leave the resort! You can do these options without having to pay extra either, of course there are activities or things where you can choose to pay the extra money but you don’t have to! Highly recommend! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel so welcomed and at home when staying.

Great place to stay. Great value. Super clean and great value. Checkin was simple and we got to go to the waterpark at noon even though check in wasn't until 4pm. Staff was super friendly. Loved everything about this place.

Country Cascades Resort My grandson and I had the best time here. Staff: so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They are so patient and tolerant of children. Activities: there are a variety of activities for all ages. My grandson is 11 so enjoyed the climbing wall, VR activity, bowling and the arcade. Let me state now that all the pools are free with your room as are the friendly forest activities such as bingo, arts and crafts, dance party but you have to buy a pass for the enhanced activities ( bowing arcade etc). If you buy before you go it’s much cheaper and a good deal. Pools: They have 2 outdoor water parks and one indoor pool and water park. There were so many kids my GS played with other kids the whole time he was there; many over multiple days. They have huge hot tub. My only complaint with this is that you can bring your kids but some kids treated it like a pool jumping in and splashing. The kids loved the slides and basically entertained themselves. You can also order food from the pool. Food: if you’re on a budget buy the coupons for breakfast before you go. With kids eat free ( with paying adult) it comes to about $6 a person. I’ll say the bacon and hash browns were amazing and everything else was ok. The pizza was really good and if you have a family the family deal is really worth it ( 2 pizzas, salad and $25 arcade card for $50). Rooms: we had a 2 Queen room we got online with a “booking” company for a reasonable price. They are clean and spacious; nicely decorated. The beds were really comfortable. The halls are a little noisy from 9-11 as everyone is coming back from the pool but overall very quiet. The bathroom was spacious but the toilet is low so that was a little off putting ( just weird for me). Overall this is a great place for a family vacation. I really liked that it was not as crazy busy as Gatlinburg but close enough t to see some of the sites there. Other advice I’d give is use Groupon to get some good deals on some of the things to do.

Great time, will be back! Had a great time here! Kids loved it (9 & 6), plenty of activities and things to do. We got the smaller Buddy Pass package and were able to spread it out over three days. 3-day arcade pass was also a hit with tons of play time. Weather dampened some of our plans on the trip but there was so much to do on resort grounds that it wasn’t much of a loss. Definitely recommend getting the refill souvenir cups for free refills every 15mins. A few things to note that we didn’t know until we got there: no bathing suits with zippers! No microwaves or coffee pots in room, but there was an accessible microwave on each floor. Pool rules vary depending on who’s on shift so be aware what’s acceptable one day may not be the next (or even a few hours later _) Will be back next year!
