Conveniently located off of interstate 81 exit 100. Conveniently located off of interstate 81 exit 100. Just turn right off the exit and it’s the first left. The hotel is under renovations right now as our room was recently renovated. The beds were comfortable and my kids and I love the swimming pool. Breakfast area was nice and clean.

Excellent Hampton Inn This is by far the best Hampton Inn I have ever been to. Clean, quiet, and well lit inside. Bed was comfortable with nice pillows. Nice clean bathroom. Great breakfast, especially adding things like strawberries with juice to put over waffles!

One of the better Hamptons out there. Extremely friendly staff. We stayed here twice and 3 days total coming and going from a New England vacation. The staff is ultra friendly. Very knowledgeable about Knoebel's Park which helped us too. Safe parking lot area. Luggage racks available. We found the rooms very clean and everything worked fine. The one night on the interstate side was a bit too noisy and the room had a few issues, like a painting falling down in the middle of the night and ultra squeaky door hinges. A precursor to Halloween almost. The second room on the quiet side facing the nearby diner was much better. Top notch, Overall this Hampton is much better than average as we have stayed in many over the decades during our travels. We would stay here again with no hesitation. Almost a 5 star ranking but just a little shy based on the two stays.

Very Pleasant Stay in Pine Grove We had a big group for more than a week, and they were great in accommodating every one of us. Renovated rooms looked better in person. Hard wood floor and just a little carpet underneath the bed to minimize any noises for the rooms underneath. All the rooms were clean, mattress seemed new with linens, and breakfast was better than any other continental breakfast that Hampton Inn/Springhills/Homewood/Embassy provide. There seems to be a lot of truckers who have to get up early, so they tend to prepare even before the posted breakfast time, which is a first for me. I'm a Hilton Diamond and Hyatt Globalist, but this little joint tucked in Pine Grove really surprised me with their service, professionalism, and cleanliness of the room. Front desk agents are all aware of what's going on, and they have their own system to update each changing shifts so it was easy to communicate. They have plenty of parkings front and back of the hotel, and it seems pretty safe. There's a little diner within walking distance that looks like it popped out from a retro movie set. I was here for a business trip, and won't hesitate to stay in Hampton Inn Pine Grove if I come back in town. Really hope all the other hotels of Hilton are taken care well like this one does. Thanks for making our stay very pleasant!

Pine Grove Hampton I like this style, altho the carpeting in hallways are in bad shape, this is the newer style rooms. Tile floors majority of room. ... Really should be no carpeting in rooms. Shower. Shower head or water pressure not so good. Nice and hot. The shower head does not have an option to change the spray. It is high so it is great for those who are tall. This hotel is our 2nd stay. (We didn't realize it until we pulled up.). This is right off 81. There is a very nice old fashioned (50's look) diner within walking distance. This hotel needs to be deep cleaned, but I noticed in the majority of the Hampton's little care for upkeep or "love" by the staff. The hotel pool towels are nice and on the thicker side vs the typical thin towels. The breakfast area is nice. The women on our last day worked harder. She even made sure all the jellies and honey, etc faced you and all neat and in a row. Just letting you understand she cared about her presentation. Good job. Same all pretty much all the others. Food is the same in all the others. This time or this hotel had Pumpkin flavored waffles for those that love pumpkin season but was not there the next day. We stayed here Sept 13 to 15, 2024 Our room had the shower doors that won't stay fully closed. So I would add a towel at the door opening. We pre-requested 4 extra sets of towels ahead of time. We asked when we checked in, and they said. The 4 SETS extra are in the room. Got in room. 2 towel sets... The standard. Not the 4 extra. After a long day, went right back down to ask for the towels and they didn't even apologize. Then wanted to have someone bring it to us later. This was 7 at night. When later ???? We demanded now, and they had to get up to get it. Staff are friendly, but that person was not very accommodating. I never saw any other workers, just the 1 to 2 at front desk and the breakfast person. I saw one cart for the maid, but no one else. This hotel has one elevator for the 3 floors. Walked past the gym, but we have not liked many of the gyms (usually old and worn out equipment). We did not even enter the gym . The pool seemed clean and clear water. The chairs are those old type vinyl/plasticy strap furniture. There seems to be work going on, as the back had a lot of supplies outside with a large dumpster or storage. We did not see construction going on. The rooms are noisy or the doors are thin. I do not hear much thru the walls but definitely thru the thin doors. I wish Hilton or the owners of their hotels took care of their hotels. They remind me of an unattended Laundromat....we don't care about you, we just want your money. We have used many Hilton brand hotels over the past 3 years since we are Hilton honors. I don't feel like they care and Hilton Honors bring you back down to the beginning every single year. I don't know why they don't continue to add on. They only give you a water bottle and maybe a snack treat ...I don't think that is breaking the bank !!!
