Cockroach infestation found in suite on second floor. Gross. Dirty rooms. Gross breakfast service. I have been staying at this hotel for years for business. Recently, co workers are complaining about cleanliness. Also, the breakfast service is gross. It use to be great. I stayed on Sept 11, 2024 but check out early and moved to another hotel because another co workers had cockroaches of all sizes in her room. Gross. The hotel did not apologize or make any attempt remedy the situation other than move us into different rooms. Very disappointing. I am reporting this Hilton location to Hilton Corporate and regional management. Other recent reviews report the same experience. Shame on management at this location for tarnishing the Hilton name. Roach infested hotel. I booked my reservation the second week if not the first week of July. When I went to check in on Friday August 2nd I was told my room was not available. The manager JJ was very apologetic as I had everything with me to decorate the room for my partners birthday and he was able to get me upgraded to a better room for the weekend. I went upstairs and decorated the room and left to finish some loose ends that needed to be tied and I came back around 11pm with my partner, ready to show them the room I worked so hard to spruce up for them. When we walked into the room, we were greeted by a MULTITUDE of roaches. Full grown, mid size and baby roaches all in the hotel room. This was so unbelievably disheartening as I had been planning this for over a month. Thankfully I was able to find a very nice hotel in fort mill for my partner and I. Beware of this hotel. The carpets are stained beyond insanity, even for being a pet friendly hotel. I was offered another room but let’s be real…..how am I supposed to believe the other rooms are roach free when there were upwards of 10 roaches in our room just within 15 minutes of being in there.

Just don’t do it! After missing my flight due to delays, AA decided to make things worse by booking me into this hotel. Showed up and it took them 2 hours to check me at the front desk, room service was advertised as opening at 5 except the serve didn’t show up until 6 and I was then told they don’t have staff for room service I needed to come down and proceeded to wait 2 hours to get the burger my drinks and a cheque. The room looked like where you would go to die, stains, dirty carpeting, scratched furniture, cable that doesn’t get signal for half the channels. Next morning rang to get a taxi and they left me on hold for 15 mins while I could hear them chatting about frivolous nonsense. I eventually had to come down and sort the taxi myself. I have travelled many places in the world and this is hands down the worse service experience I have ever had.

Not The Hilton Standard I really hate to write a poor review but this hotel desperately needs some help all around. I’m not here to be mean just to raise awareness to the standards not being met. The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel, cleaning of carpets, and walls. I immediately wanted to checkout upon arrival because the room felt more like a motel 6. I didn’t bathe while there because I didn’t want to use the bathroom. I basically used the room as a place to sleep. I am a Hilton Honors member and have never experienced a hotel this bad. The front desk associates were nice but messed up the charge to my room. When I checked in I was asked which Amex to charge to for there was one on file. I gave my license and the correct Amex, however the woman informed me she was having trouble with the terminal. When I checked out this morning, I was not asked about my stay or greeted from the employee who was counting money at the front desk. I handed him my room cards and he said all was taken care of. When I arrived home I saw they had charged the original card I specifically asked not to be charged. I would urge the hotel to do better, strive for better standards, and until such time I wouldn’t recommend guests stay there.

Not at all your typical Hilton Garden Was not really anything positive to say about our stay. Smell of cigarette smoke in the elevator and hallways. Smell of pot in the hallways. Bathroom had wallpaper falling off the walls and very dirty. Still felt dirty after the shower. Carpets throughout building were stained. Majority of tv channels were not accessible. Do not pay for the breakfast. It was horrible as well.
