Best View, Best Price and Best Service in town! Location, Location, Location!! I stayed in an Ocean View room with fireplace king bed which was excellent. My patio provided direct access to the walking path behind the Dolphin Bay Resort and the Cliffs Hotel. Comfortable Robes were provided along with pool towels. I have always called this place a hidden gem. My trip was a staycation and I highly recommend to others.

Great location and view, less than stellar vibe. The fact that they 'charge' $10.00 to park in their outdoor uncovered parking lot...just says it all. The rooms are nice enough and have a lovely location, but the warning on the check in map that the Fiji water In the room is a $5 charge, and then charging you for S'mores ingredients at the front desk, it just sets a tone of nickel/diming you for everything. For goodness sakes, just charge more for the room and be complimentary with the accesory issues and your reviews will improve!

Gross Dirty room. Horribly uncomfortable bed. The restaurant closed. The views are stunning but it’s not worth it. This is basically a motel 6 in a stunning location.

5 Stars ocean views hotel Highly recommended! Comfortable stay with no added service fees, unlike many chain hotels. Convenient parking for only $10. The ocean view is awesome especially those rooms facing the ocean.

E-Bike Adventure / Stay Excellent & beautiful location. Was able to ride our bikes right up to the patio on the lower floor. Firepits right out front w/ great seating. Grounds were very nicely landscaped. Jodie at the front desk was fabulous & friendly. Pool & jacuzzi were perfect too. Rooms were very nicely decorated, location to freeway & fuel was perfect. Resort local was right in between a northbound bike adventure (to Avila) and a southbound adventure (Pismo Pier)
