A very nice and well kept hotel We arrived around 9:00pm and Amy was very helpful. She made check in fast. The hotel was very clean, stocked and in great condition. The beds are comfortable. This is a nice place to stay. The parking lot was very well lit. Check out was extremely easy. If you are traveling in the area stay here!

A little bit of dis-comfort at this end. Was in town to ride in local century ride - needed a place for 2 nights for my wife and I and saw decent reviews here. Room was pretty typical at a Comfort Inn - had what we needed, but the a/c didn’t work well. Ended up being pretty damp in out room. The a/c in the hallway was also broken. Hot breakfast was better than many similar hotels. Front desk person was pleasant. Doubt we’ll be back in Pittsburg KS, but we’ll opt for a different hotel if there is a next time.

Nice room but it did have problems. This is a very nice hotel and our room was nice and large, especially the suite part. The problems were: 1. The AC/heater did not work properly for the temperature setting. 2. The wash basin plunger was stuck closed and it took long for the basin to drain. 3. The hot breakfast left much to desire. I have stayed at a lot of Comfort Inns over the last 15-20 years and their breakfast listed near the bottom.

Easy, friendly check in, Super clean room Clean and comfortable. Check in was a bit delayed because i think only one lady was working the entire hotel! Cleaning rooms and managing front desk. Nice place to stay and very short drive to a nearby city park to walk and enjoy nature.

Moved rooms 3 times! The first room we checked into smelled bad! Had mold around the window, the floor was wet, security latch was broken, hairs all over the shower, one bed had dirty sheets, a receipt from a different hotel was on the lamp. They changed us to another room which had a huge crack in the bathtub and no shower head, didn't even look at the rest of the room after that. We tried one more room and it was perfect. We were going to change hotels after the second room but it was late and 2 of our kids were asleep before we even got there. Guess third time was the charm.
