You get what you pay for! I came here on a work trip for two nights, we checked in a little late and went up to our room. When we got there, first of all there’s no elevator so I literally dragged my bags up the stairs because two girls need a lot of stuff for two days! That in its self was pretty odd. In our room we see some splattered red/brown fluid by one of the beds head boards. There was dried up old nail polish on the sink and the hair dryer. Black mold in the bath tub, and cigarette burns in the floor. I guess for what I paid I shouldn’t have expected anything crazy nice

Look at other options The room was dirty and smelled terrible. The chair in their looked liked someone pooped on themselves and just sat there. Please look at other places to stay. Probably safer and cleaner for you. Even if it’s $10 more expensive. I felt gross staying there and showering there.

Exceptional Service at Super 8 by Wyndham Pittsburg KS Front desk associates who were working both during day & night at Super 8 by Wyndham Pittsburg KS were kind, polite and treated with respect & care. I received a great service from them during my stay.

Worst experience ever Horable customer service . Upcharging without letting me knowing . Never went over pet policy . Very confrontational and disrespectful. A sense of entitlement. The place was a dump ended up leaving and only paid 20 more for a holiday inn

SCAMMERS STAY AWAY The rooms are filthy, sheets were stained. There was dried blood on the shower curtain. The TV didn’t work, the wife was down. I asked for a refund and they said there was a no cancellation policy. I decided to just eat the cost and drive back to Kansas City that night but they charged me 200$ for “incidentals” when I didn’t even stay! When I called about the charge he stated that I damaged the room! I wasn’t even there for 10 minutes! It was literally the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen in my life! I told him I was going to dispute the charges and file a complaint with the BBB and hung up. He called me back on a blocked number and threatened to charge more money and then said that it won’t matter because they are not a “real super 8”. Please stay away from this place!
