Will book again and recommend. Check in was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and quiet. Outside was clean and felt safe. Nice quiet area. Room was clean, spacious, bed and pillows were comfy. Check out was efficient and friendly. Stayed here to go to Pittsburg hockey game. The arena was about 20 minutes from here and an easy drive.

Great location Bed is very comfortable & the room is very cozy. No problem with the heating system works very well. Check in was fast due to self check in online. I would definitely stay here again when we come back this way. Cost efficient. Came down to see the Steelers against the giants.

Extremely satisfied The hotel was clean in a central location we had everything that we needed. There were adequate towels and wash cloths. Housekeeping came daily. The staff was exceptional. The price was of value. This hotel is near several restaurants Walmart and Target even the mall. Management and the staff were fantastic.

Very unpleasant stay and if I could've booked elsewhere I would've. Prior to my stay, my room was in jeopardy of being canceled due to asking the manager to uphold his word on the price of my room. I was referred to as "you people". Unfortunately, the rates elsewhere were ridiculous due to the game and I was unable to secure another hotel. Service was horrible, no clean towels. My room was not cleaned on several occasions. I booked two rooms, spent about $1400 for the weekend and it was a very unpleasant stay.

Stay with caution. Still waiting on my refund over two weeks later and counting...stay at your own risk. It is a clean property in a nice area. But I'm very displeased with the length of time it's taking for my money to be refunded for a week that I actually did not stay there.
