Great location for PNC park We were taking in a Pirates game and this hotel is almost in the park. There's a nice bar-restaurant attached and the rooms are fine if only passably clean. A bit worn but great location snd staff was fine.

Misleading information This hotel has more than 6 floors and it was packed, but had only one working elevator. I was not informed before making a reservation that there was no housekeeping. The bed felt like a rock and the towels like sandpaper. The rate was excessive for the accommodations. All 2 stars go to the wonderful woman who staffed the breakfast. Her warmth and friendliness made a miserable stay feel a lot less miserable

Not good I have stayed at Marriott hotels and really enjoyed it but this stay was not good. The couch had a very gross stain on it. The room was not very clean and has paper towels discarded under the sink. The bed was creaky and not comfortable and the shower had water but would not come out of the shower head. I did not enjoy this stay at all!

Mixed review Pros: Our room was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out. Location is great if you are attending a ball game or something else downtown. The breakfast staff was awesome. Cons: There is only one working elevator (and judging by other reviews they are in no hurry to fix it). They only gave us 3 cups and 3 towels in the room. Our son used the sofa bed, but there was no bedding in the room for it. After 2 hours and 3 calls to the desk, they finally brought some up. The breakfast was okay, but there were absolutely no COVID protocols other than a couple 6 ft. markers on the floor that everyone ignored. It would have been nice to have gloves as I've seen at the Hiltons and Hamptons. If you have a car, you have to pay to park it.

Completely gone Marriott would pull the nameplate if they cared about their reputation. This used to be a jewel in the SpringHil chain. Now...one elevator works. The pool smells like vomit. Half of the light switches in the room attach to nothing. Two thin towels given for a two night stay. Blankets appear to stapled to the bed...can't be moved. Thermostat bears no resemblance to cooling/heating delivered. Affiliated restaurant will be cutting hours beyond belief. I have stayed here 8-16 nights/year for over a decade. Will now opt for Hilton or Holiday Inn. The local Marriott franchisee has clearly given up.
