great hotel found this hotel was conveniently located to cold springs harbor. The hotel has ample parking, and good security. The bar and restaurant was comfortable and convenient. Room was well appointed and very comfortable. would gladly stay here in the future. The front desk staff was excellent, and the cook on duty was great.

Pleasant Stay Our one night stay here was very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than usual buffet style at many hotels. The best part of our stay was interacting with Sree and Marc at the front desk. They were positive, cheerful and very helpful. We would stay here again if in the area.

Great stay From when we walked in and greeted by Ashley, we enjoyed our warm and intimate stay at four points. The rooms were extremely clean, Breakfast were awesome, and service always accommodating. Will definitely return!

Great Customer Service in Challenging Times A front desk manager named Andre has been working HARD to keep customers happy and returning to this conveniently located, clean and comfortable Four Points. It's working! Due to a family crisis, I have to keep returning to the area week after week, and this friendly staff--led by Andre--and a good breakfast menu, make this my top return hotel. Comfortable beds, clean facility, welcoming environment are all bonuses. There has been a noticeable increase in service and attentiveness over the past few months. Kudos to all! Thank you, Andre, Justin, Ashley, Geraldo and everyone at this location.

Really a nice hotel and attentive staff. But deserves an upgrade soon. Really an overall very nice hotel in the region. I would consider this more a business hotel overall. Strategic location at a major road and many businesses and shops nearby. More than enough parking at any given time. The staff is always very friendly and nice. Very willing to help at any given time. The rooms have everything you need really. Nothing to add there. But renovations should be considered soon. The GYM has just the right size with all the equipment you might need.
