Fransisco provides outstanding service!!! Good hospitality and welcoming love this guy !! Fransisco is Awsome he is very welcoming good hospitality clean hotel nice staff I also wanna thank. Ramon for his excellent skills Patrick the manager runs a excellent staff also wanna thank the waiters at the hotel restaurant I also like Juanita the hose keeper supervisor she trains her housekeepers very well and they do a good job keeping the rooms cleaned and smelling good also wanna thank Lydia at the front desk love having conversations with her she’s a total Gem thank you to all the staff from this hotel for being so nice to me I’ll return soon

Exactly as I expected! Went here for a family party in the ballroom of the hotel. The room was clean and a good size for a large party The food and servers were subpar. The cash bar was pitiful. They ran out of red wine halfway through the party ( and they have a nice bar right outside of the party room).

Stay someplace else. Also this hotel is anti 2A !! The was clean but had a musty smell. When I got back to my room from being out it stank of pot in the room and hallway. Then on my last night the fire alarm went off and took over an 1.5 hr to get it reset. Lost my whole nights sleep complained to customer service at the hotel and could care less to date no one from the hotel has contacted me. Won’t be back !! Horrible customer service.

Poor Management and Water leaks. Worst experience ever. Corridors smell of weed (marijuana). Horrible customer service. If you are planning a stay with your family please “DO NOT” consider this place. No safety deposit boxes in rooms. Water leaks and the management doesn’t care. Not worth your money. Unprofessional staff.

GET AN INSIDE FACING ROOM! No two ways about it, it's an old hotel, sitting on Interstate 495. Super clean, great bed's the rooms are on the cheap side but in good condition. We never heard a sound from the never ending traffic on 495 and it's in a super safe area, worth staying here.
