Russian Roulette of Hotels During WW2 there was Tokyo Rose this place Front Desk Rose. If you need anything she has a litany of excuses why she cannot help you. All begin with the words "I can't" or No, not at this time or my computers are down or can you call back in 15 minutes whereas she is no longer there. This takes effort and talent to try this hard not to help you. All with the scowl, on her face, like she was doing you a favor by maybe checking you in. I booked numerous rooms in advance. None were available early, None were available when promised and at that point my guest made plans to just drive home. My interactions with Jessica were great and helpful but she does not work 7 days a week or 24 hours a day. Also, a John, I believe, was helpful on the telephone. If you have allergies from cigar and or cigarette smoke the lobby can be an issue. People smoke just outside the front door and the smoke trails into the lobby all day. Finally, the rooms are marginally clean on weekends. I can only guess because of shortness of staff. Overall, I would never book here because it is a total crapshoot what you will get which is not what you want when you travel.

The run around with this franchise hotel I come to this area on a monthly basis, my first visit was March for a week. I find this place operates differently than other Hilton properties. They have permanent residents at this location. I made arrangements for this month, upon reserving month in advance there was an error. I called hotel within 15 minutes and asked to change to another type of reservation. The front desk (Rose) said I needed to contact manger Jessica or Kristin on Sunday at 9 AM. They transferred me to Hilton guest assistance where Martin tried to speak to hotel and they informed him the same. Sunday at 9 no mgr available, I called Hilton Honors and they made notation of the run around. On Monday at 9 am no manager available to call at 3. At 3 pm Jessica, whom answered but did not identify herself. Asked what was this about and could not help to call guest assistance! I called my bank they took care of this matter. I called Marriott which is ranked #1. This is most likely a franchise and is poorly run.

good location and highway accessibility It's been 4 years since I last stayed at this property. It's still a nice reasonably priced hotel with an easy to access location. The breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold choices. I wasn't there for the Wednesday evening happy hour. The room and hallways were clean but starting to show signs of needing a refresh. The lobby and dining area were fresh and clean.

Stay away The room size was fine and the lobby was nice. The stay was not pleasant though. It is in dire need of a refurbishment. They tried repairing the tub by using paint which then floated in the bottom of the tub when using it. Metal hooks were coming off the walls too. We were traveling with toddler so not easy to switch rooms. They also started doing repairs above our room. When asked to stop the first day they said ok. Two days later they started up again at 8:00. Baby was still sleeping. Manager said she has a business to run and cannot guarantee no repairs will happen. So moving rooms wasn't going to help with that. And that she has no way of knowing if a room was going to have construction near it. Would recommend staying away
