Hotel is family friendly We had a wonderful time. Rooms are clean, comfy and spacious. Staff was fun, friendly and very helpful. We also saw lots of families enjoying themselves and the daily breakfast. Food is delicious. GREAT JOB HYATT!!

Comfortable stay Hubby and I stayed for 4 nights last week. Came to visit a relative who was also staying for the week. Comfortable stay. No issues. I wish there was a microwave in the room and that the hotel’s restaurant was open as advertised. The area is quiet and green. Everything is just 15 mins or less away. Good location. The Mills mall is not far either. Paragon Ridge 8 movie theatre is worth visiting if you want to take in a movie. Have a meal at J. Alexander’s food is tasty. So is Einstein bagels.

Comfortable and Safe We loved the size of the rooms, and the safety.Rooms were well looked after. Location was quiet but in easy distance to restaurants.

Disappointment for a Hyatt 2 ice machines for the 6 story hotel, and they don’t tell you this or where they are you will have to find someone and ask (they are on 3 & 5 as an fyi), the pool area was dirty with bird feces on the chairs, no bathroom to use out by the pool and they keep the towels locked up inside—you will have to go inside dripping wet and ask a staff to unlock it and provide you pool towels so plan ahead, the breakfast was pretty undesirable for a Hyatt as well—as a rewards member I’ve stayed at many of them with decent options you will get a lot of pre packages items here and for being in the heart of Florida in summer I would have expected something more than canned fruit. I’m disappointed I wasted my points here.

Great stay We stayed here for one night following a cruise. The hotel felt “upscale” and was a good value. The receptionist was most cheerful and made us feel very welcome.
