Premium Price for Dirty Hotel We paid a premium price for a dirty hotel. We stayed here for a sporting event. The pool area was very dirty and the pool looked like it hadn’t been clean in a long time. The elevator was broken, the hot tub was drained. There was white powder all behind the bed which we assumed was for bugs.

Horrible Noise The HVAC in the room made a terrible noise all the time. The hotel was full so we couldnt get a different room. I spoke to the front desk and expressed how terrible the night was. The person at the front desk just laughed and said they wondered when that would happen since it had been so warm. No offer to adjust the price or anything to try to make it right. We will NEVER stay there again. We didnt have breakfast but there wasnt much of a selection. We went in to see what they had. We did not go into the pool. The bed and pillows were super uncomfortable as well but I am used to that. I will gladly pay more for a hotel that we know what we are going to get every time and if there is something wrong the front desk can handle things.

Not the classic sleep inn experience. We have come to expect much more from the Sleep Inn than what we experienced here. We paid $150 for a room that really should have been priced $90. The room smelled like wet dog, one of the beds was missing a blanket, when we asked for a blanket the front desk assured us they would bring one but never did. The front desk was unprofessional and absent for most of the time we were there. The hotel as a whole looked like it had been updated by choice hotels but was not being maintained appropriately and was generally dirty.

Mouse trap I don’t do reviews, but this is an exception. You usually say you get what you pay for, but this was not an inexpensive stay and would put this at low-rent price. The positive is that it was clean and looked nice. Breakfast was good and a nice area. Staff, not friendly or helpful. What really got us was the bad odor in the room and then discovered a large mouse catcher partially under the couch. When we asked the desk if this is normal, she said “when we have an issue with mice “. Yuck We did not use the pool as water looked murky and it was cold. Fitted sheet on the bed didn’t stay on.

Expensive for a so so hotel. Dirty pool with bugs and hair floating in it. Rooms were fairly clean. My sister had ants in her room. TV didn't work for several hours, and 2 light bulbs burned out in room. Maintenance was quick to respond. Staff was friendly. Food was decent.
