A truly accommodating staff. I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn Plymouth for two weeks. I needed a ground floor room because I have lung issues. On the first evening of my return to the room one of the other tenants had a pitbull off the leash in front of my room. As I drove up, I looked questionly at the dog being unleashed. He put the dog in the truck as I got out of my car. For 2 to 3 hours after that, I could hear them outside my room and see that the dog was off the leash. The next morning I went into the front office & regretfully asked to be moved — informing them what happened. The entire staff to include the manager couldn’t have been more accommodating. They understood completely my situation in that I felt pinned in my room. They told me that I absolutely should’ve called them from my room to inform them of the situation and they would’ve fixed it right there on the spot and protect my identity; they immediately moved me around the corner to an end unit. I’ve stated there a few times. The hotel is always clean. And again the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating for everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

Just dont! Find another hotel! Awful, dirty, old, run down, paint chipped on the outside of most doors and the worst, cost of $500 a night for a MI football game. Now I understand the upcharge for that however, it wasn't like we were in walking distance by any means, and I was 100% sure there is the possibility they rent by the hour! Air conditioner didn't work, nor did the hair dryer or remote control, to the 22 inch TV. If it wasn't for the fact that we were in a group that rented out several rooms, we all would have left.

Not likely to stay again Not terrible, but wouldn't stay again unless necessary. Ventilation system looks like it's never cleaned, so if you have any respiratory issues, steer clear. Bed had springs that poked through at times. Relatively clean. Neighbors can stand on balcony and smoke, which infiltrates the room through the ventilation system. Very helpful staff.

This place is not as good as the photos and most things they promise are lies cig burns on the sheets makes me feel sick Cigarettes smell in a none smoking room was horrible my door didn’t lock at all ac unit was broken looked like someone rubbed dirt against the walls their whole stay. Don’t stay here though it is cheap it is horrible

Khadija front desk! Had to commute to canton abruptly for work. Khadija was very helpful, time efficient, very friendly, had my wife & I checked in before we knew it. The room was clean, sanitized and we enjoyed our stay.
