An Excellent Stay Excellent stay. Rooms big and comfortable. Plumbing could do with a little TLC. Shower would not turn off 100% without a hefty shove. Breakfast very good. Great to have Lucky's next door. After a long flight (eight hours) it was great to park up and walk next door for dinner. A special mention for Jessica on reception. A greeting and smile that made you feel welcome. Stepped in when a colleague on second stay demanded to see a credit card and drivers license as if he was booking us into the local jail. Jessica stepped in with her warm greeting. Thanks Jessica. When we are next in Minneapolis we will stay at this hotel and hope the plumbing is fixed and Jessica is now the manager.

Disappointing for the money. Pretty shabby room for the expense. Not worth the money. Dusty shelving in bathroom. Hair on the faucet. Caulking is rusted in the shower. Furniture has a big gash. We were greeted with a very lumpy stained comforter on the bed. Not a very welcoming presentation.

Ripped off I made a reservation at this hotel on June 3 and due to health issues had to cancel on June 7. I called the hotel to cancel and no mention was made that they would still charge me almost $700 for a room that I never used. They claim that they are not able to help me because I booked through Expedia. This is infuriating and I will never use Comfort Inn in the future.

NOT WORTH $100+ NIGHT The hotel is getting old and not in a good way. Unusually low ceilings made me claustrophobic. Cleanliness was ok but overall this hotel should be priced below $100/night based on my stays at much nicer hotels in the same price range. . Skip the adjoining restaurant Luck 13. Avg food at best.

Regret Booking! This was an awful stay. Lobby is dark and dated. Windows throughout ( rooms included) are streaked and dirty. Sheets on one bed had hairs all over it, obviously used. Another bed had dirty marks were heals would rub, again obviously used. Shower was almost impossible to turn on. There was garbage in bathroom can from previous visitors. There was food in refrigerator. The dresser with tv on it was sticky and had glass rings. The lemon water pitcher in the lobby was empty most of the time, asked to have it filled but it took a day. Was empty most of visit. We heard others ask also. I was told night staff didn’t know how to replenish. There was garbage in many places not picked up. The fitness center was the worst. We were there five days and there were towels there once. There were no paper towels to wipe down equipment but there was disinfectant.? It was very hot and stagnant in small closed room. There were ceiling fans on very low speed and no way to turn up, knob was missing. Told staff but no change. There was no water dispenser (very unusual) in fitness center. There are two water fountains by pool but neither work and one was filthy all week. The garbage can was full, next day it was tipped over and on floor, remained like that for atleast three days. Someone used toilet paper to wipe machines but was a mess. The night young man was quite rude. When we called him several times he called from back yeah what and didn’t come so we went back to room, our remote didn’t work. The breakfast appeared adequate cereal and waffles we didn’t partake. There were sanitizer dispensers around hotel but most were empty. The day staff were pleasant, a woman named Linda (I think) was pleasant and helpful. Won’t return.
