Wonderful family vacation My three sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Club Wyndham Palm-Aire. Our condo was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and convenient. We stayed in the Sabel building that overlooked the main pool. We enjoyed early morning and evenings sitting on our balcony and enjoying the view. The activities provided were very interesting. We enjoyed making our own tye-dye shirts in the activity room and enjoyed seeing the wildlife brought in one afternoon for a show. The staff in the registration building were very courteous, helpful, and polite. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils we needed to prepare meals.

Tired and Old Resort I have too many complaints to list them all here. Any one of them would not be a deal breaker, but when you stack up the ten or so problems we encountered, it made our stay less than wonderful. I will say, our two-bedroom unit was very spacious. It also had two bathrooms which is always appreciated. However, little things like decorations (wall art, sofa pillows) were missing. Only one bar stool at the counter, etc.. I would not recommend this resort to others. It would be good for families with kids who don't care what the room looks like, but I think the adults would be disappointed. Plus a very unpleasant sales presentation which we thought was for RCI but was really just another timeshare purchase presentation.

Worst Experience with Wyndham The room was not ready to move in & we were lied to by the woman who checked us in. She said there were sensors in the room & we needed to be there for 15 mins so the AC who work ?!?!? Never have we heard of anything like that ! When we went back to the check-in desk to tell her that the AC wasn't cooling she told us that STORY , then she left from her shift !!!

Very fun family resort There are so many fun things to do here. Loved the tennis and pickle ball, pools, hot tubs, shuffleboard, corn hole, micro golf, karaoke, wild animal encounter, hula dancing, best snow cones, cookies, trails for walks or biking, and free access to the Royal Vista Wyndham right on the beach

Very friendly staff My family had an amazing time. The slide in the pool was very fun. We enjoyed the mini golf and the games.
