Great location, great value. The room was clean, roomy, easy to access and quiet. This was a great value for money hotel. The staff was very helpful. We used the restaurant, bar and business center. All were adequate to very good. And it is well situated in the city. When we go back to Port Alberni, this will be where we stay.

Great Hotel to stay at! Great Hotel! We used the gym and hot tub which was nice. Loved the Free Deluxe coffee machine that makes every kind of coffee you could desire! Rooms were Wonderful and Super Clean and modern! Super in Every Way! Location is Great and we enjoyed our stay to the Max!!

An oasis The resort is amazing and entire staff go out of their way to ensure you are pampered during your stay. They are quick to help you with your luggage and get it up to your room if needed. The resort is kept clean and there is always someone taking the time to clean with the attention to detail

UNFRIENDLY STAFF AND UNCLEANLINESS ROOMS. There was literally HAIR in the SINK. A whole cucumber UNDER the AC! THAT STUNK THE TWO NIGHTS I was there. They only gave me $100 off. Just wrong. So many rude front desk staff too. They weren't understanding of the overwhelming. I stayed here with two rooms and my family.
