Abort Well I’ll have to say that the pictures of the hotel were pretty good, and then we arrived and we truly thought we were at the wrong place. To say that the grounds were filthy was a bit of an understatement. It was scary I would not allow my wife to go out of the room alone. But the room itself was clean. The towels were freakishly tiny and my wife refused to shower there. We got the f*** out of there first thing in the morning. On the plus side they do take dogs. We won’t be back jt.

One of the best I was a little hesitant to book a room here due to the low price, but this is actually one of the nicest Red Roof Inns I've stayed at and I've stayed at a bunch of them. The room is spotless. Nice computer work station. Carpet looks new. And they put a clean remote in a little bag. And you can't beat the price.

Five stars for this Red Roof Inn! In addition to being a great bargain and allowing my dog to stay at no charge, this was far better than most Red Roof Inn's I've stayed at, better than most chain motels at any price. My room was clean and everything worked well (A/C, TV, internet, lamps, shower pressure, ice machine, etc.) No bugs observed. Easy access to I-10 and Baton Rouge, but there are great food options (chains and local, Cajun places) nearby. Highly recommended!

pest in the room we had a lizard in the room, i called down to front desk was told i can give you a broom and dust pan to catch it! Totally unacceptable .. Also when we pulled covers back there was a dead roach in the bed

So awful we left and went to the Marriott Set up more like a pay-by-the-hour motel you see on tv. Attendant is behind bulletproof glass (not due to COVID), in locked skeevy lobby area. Hallway to room stank like weed and urine. Room stank like musty weed and bleach. Light switch didn’t work. Curtains were torn. Lighting was horrible. Rug was filthy… it was disgusting. Literally turned around and went to a real hotel. Unless you’re so high that you’re completely oblivious to your surroundings, I suggest you find somewhere else to stay.
