Everything was great We were coming in late after a long day, arrived here around 10:30 in the evening, the staff at the front desk was super friendly. Our room was very clean beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, pancake machine was not working, but they had biscuits and gravy, and lots of other things to choose from. The breakfast staff was very friendly. Price was very reasonable, I would recommend

Nice place Nice property and conveniently located to the highway along with dining and shopping places. My check-in with Christy was quick, efficient, and friendly. She not only took great care of me and gave me an excellent dinner recommendation. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and shower was good with plenty of hot water. This would be a nice property if you needed a place for an extended stay.

Unexpectedly dirty room at a Holiday Inn Express. Holiday Inn Exp is known for clean rooms. Not so in Port Allen, LA. Mini-fridge had food in it. Sticky spill in fridge. Stinky, dirty shower curtain, stinky pillows, dirty bath tub. Had to clean room myself. On Day 4, Mo and Dip came in & replaced shower curtain, linen, pillow & performed a complete clean. They were kind and did a good job.

Reservations mean nothing here. Reservations mean nothing with this hotel. We had reserved a rooms with 2 queen beds over 2 weeks prior to our trip. We called the day of reservations to confirm that we’d be checking in after the game.. Guess what? We showed up at 9:30 pm to find out that our rooms had been given away.. but her wiz they saved us a room with a king size bed.. and a pull out couch for the other couple.. Don’t reserve rooms here cause they couldn’t care less about your trip or plans..

Retirement trip Very nice hotel on the waterfront. Easy check in. Parking is not free, but reasonable at $15.00 plus tax. You can walk across the road to the waterfront walking path. Clean room and bathroom. Nice indoor and outdoor pool area. Too bad no one was there.
