Basically ok The room was clean, the air conditioner was cold. The bed was very firm. Staff was friendly. As another reviewer said, it’s an older property that has been redone. The “older” showed through in our bathroom, but it wasn’t terrible, Except for our shower. Water pressure in the sink was fine, but the shower was was very low and the head wouldn’t adjust. I told the front desk attendant st checkout, and saw her write it down, so they’ll probably fix it. Hotel is kind of in the outskirts, not really IN Port Arthur, which is where I meant to be, but that was my fault.

Pleasantly surprised This is an older property with all of the room doors opening to the outside. It has been very nicely updated. It was a great room with a separate little kitchen. That worked really well for us since we like to fix meals in our room if possible. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet except for hearing a train whistle during the night. Internet worked very well. Breakfast was so, so! The Texas shaped waffle was great. The eggs were not. I think they were left over from the day before. Coffee was weak and so was the orange juice. The room price made the stay worth it.
