Horrid place Room smelled moldy and raunchy. Bed felt wet everyday. Tiny fridge was burnt up and not working. Found roaches all over the room and had requested to be moved to a king room which was alright. Drug dealers running out of the rooms. Breakfast was mediocre and seemed like they used leftover from morning before. Bathroom was nicest part of the whole experience. Towels sucked but I had to buy an essential oil mister for room to help with smells. A/C barely worked. Most definitely not worth the risk. Wouldn’t recommend this place ever

Never stay here This hotel stinks like musty wet feet, has a dirty pool, and rude front desk people. I got here and my room was very moist and the floor was wet. So, I called the front desk and no one answered so I had to go down to speak to them. When I got there the guy was sitting next to the phone and I guess just decided to ignore my calls. I asked for new sheets because mine were wet and he responded with an attitude that he couldn’t give me new sheets until the next day. Then I ask him to call my friends room and he reached for the phone to call and let it ring for a few seconds before I saw him hang up the phone and tell me that the phone wasn’t working. I then complained that the room was moist and he wrote something down on a piece of random ripped paper he found on the desk and also wrote down my room number and name. I had to go down to complain again just for him to give me a new room that didn’t smell like mildew and that had an actual working shower. 0/10 rating NEVER stay here!

Depressing and frustrating Very tired hotel in need of a serious makeover, musty smell throughout! Most staff, not all can barely look up from playing with mobile to assist you !! Breakfast groundhog day, same, same, same.... Bar, lazy obnoxious, rude girl tending who can barely get up from playing with mobile to serve you!!, needs a serious reprimand or be removed... Management obviously weak and not addressing anything. Definitely will pass my comments to the owners once found the main addressee.!!

NOT A HOLIDAY INN/IHG PROPERTY Lost power. No backup. No emergency lights in halls or stairway except one in the stairway on ground floor. Room was the most musty I've ever stayed in. Mold on shower head, moldy dust in vent and human hair all over the bathroom. Been coughing since I left. Gross.

Depends - Floor 2 horrendous, Rest of hotel Nice The 2nd floor reeks so bad of smoke. People smoking in the rooms. People smoking at the end of the hallway outside with the doors open just sucked the fumes in period as soon as you step off the elevator the fumes hit you. I had the hotel move me to the 3rd floor which was a normal Room. Very nice. I thought the staff seemed short handed but they were doing everything they could. Veby with smoke. Furniture felt sticky, it reeked everywhere of smoke, there were some other smells that were not pleasant. The hotel is no longer a Holiday Inn.
