Great, clean hotel with friendly staff. I couldn't say enough nice things about this hotel and our wonderful Easter weekend stay. I've stayed in many Hampton Inns before (even worked in 2) and this one is by far a notch or two above the others. The staff truly cares, the place is clean! Bob at the front desk was great to us. We are thankful for Donna too, she was good to us. When we asked for things they delivered it asap, no matter what time it was (that's not typical of a hampton inn). The breakfast was nice, it was even better easter morning with what seems to be add ons to the brand standard, making it that much better. The lobby was decorated so nicely. The gentleman at the desk upon check out was great too (wish I got his name). He even offered my son a little toy which he was so thrilled with. They had so many really nice touches! We will most definitely be back!

Best hotel stay in Punta Gorda Chris and Beth at the front desk were beyond helpful, which is a lot considering I only spent a single night at their hotel. Chris gave a physical detailed highlighted map of every type of great establishment in the downtown area. Beth couldn’t have been more courteous during my check in process. I could not recommend this place hotel more. Ritz Carlton views and service, at the Hampton Price. High praise to the staff, Beth, and especially Chris.

Decent stay- but could be better for the price Room was remodeled & decent size. Had a nice balcony with chairs. Nice to use digital key & check-in via the Hilton app. Used the free breakfast, which was pretty medium. Think there might be better options in the area. Was a bit expensive for what it was.

Clean facilities with excellent customer service! This hotel had excellent customer service! The room was clean and new due to renovations. They had fresh cookies and a breakfast spread with plenty of options. There is coffee and tea available all day. The gym even had a peloton and new equipment.

Horrible experience - closed but confirmed our booking!?! We booked through a third party service (Traveluro) for one night with two rooms. This was accepted/processed/confirmed by the hotel according to Traveluro. However, when we showed up to check in the hote was closed and a construction dumpster in their parking lot. We ended up staying at the Four Points by Sheraton a few miles away, who said we were not the first party that booked via a third party despite the hotel having been closed for months (supposedly since winter!). It’s unclear if this was entirely Hampton Inns error or not … but clearly they are at fault to some extent for allowing themselves to be listed with vendors and confirming bookings. Thank god we found openings at Four Points otherwise we would have been sleeping in 90 degree heat in the airport parking lot. Personally, am avoiding Hampton Inn like the plague after this. TLDR - do not stay here unless you have personally spoken to the hotel on the phone (and maybe have them text you a picture with a time stamp to prove they’re open!)
