Punta Gorda trip After a long road trip from Ohio, I was ready to check in and catch up on emails and stretching out, Vanessa was excellent, she had my information and roon ready, she offered suggestions for food places thar deliver and she was smiling the whole time which is great to see in the evening hours. The room looked fresh and was spotless. The breakfast buffet was one of the best since Covid, I didn't catch her name but she was smiling and very pleasant as well. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Not sure how this hotel has high ratings?? I’m Not sure how this hotel has high ratings?? Stairwells were really dirty, shower was super dirty looking, elevator dirty. It smell like cigarette smoke (or something stronger) outside our room in the hallway all 3 days of our stay. Breakfast was OK. The coffee was by far the best part of the hotel - It was actually really good! The breakfast attendant lady (who makes the coffee) was nice and helpful. I will not stay here again. There is no way these hotel ratings line up with what I saw during my visit.

Not a bad stay! It was a last minute trip for business. I was very skeptic just based on the location. But ok, I was somewhat surprised. The lobby was clean, the room was clean and bed neatly spread and tucked well. Not sure what I was to expect based on the reviews I read. But I had no roach issues, oh trust me I searched. My stay was only two nights though. But my stay wasn’t bad at all. The only thing I didn’t like was the brown carpets in the room. It needed to be stretched not sure if it got wet from the hurricane, but it made the room look a bit dull. Was not a fan of the carpet!

Terrible! This place should be shut down. This place is a filthy dump. It is very old and outdated.. The carpets have stains all over them..the walls are scuffed and marked.. Rooms are very nasty and they smell terrible. Bugs are everywhere.. The place seemed very sketchy.. Druggies accosted me in the parking lot..which had no lights or security cams..I felt very unsafe and was so disgusted that I left and went elsewhere. I can't believe this rat hole is still in business.. They clearly don't care..front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. There are lots of very nice places nearby that are much safer.

Clean,conveniently located, What are the most important areas of a hotel is how clean it is. Our room wasn't incredibly clean. Housekeeping was excellent, We had a fresh supply of towels and they even offered daily room service. Michelle was nice and hot water was plenty. The hotel is convenient located to shopping and dining.excellent chinese restaurant nearby. TV was very good.
