Comfortable and accomodating Needed a last minute change in hotel to secure a downstairs room. Quality Inn was able to book us into the absolute perfect room for us. We were in the handicap accessible room, door was immediately across the hall with our parking a few steps from the door. Beds were very comfortable. In room microwave and fridge. Staff was so nice and helpful. Maybe an older hotel? Lobby and breakfast area looked like it had been renovated recently and was sparkly new. Nice open breakfast area with good selection. Added perk was the lake being right at the end of the parking lot. So glad we ended up here instead of our original booking. Perfect stay.

Bugs When we got inside the room, it was a musty smell… because of the vibe we were getting so far, we pulled the sheets up to check for bugs and immediately we saw a large brown bug with a tail crawl out from the corner of the bed. Then, we checked the other bed and ANOTHER one of those bugs crawls out from one of the pillows. And then a third in the middle of the bed. In the corner there were spider webs with more odd bugs. We also had issues getting a refund and ended up having to refute the charge from credit card company. Terrible experience and would never stay here again.

The getaway Love this hotel it's always very friendly very clean and such a beautiful outdoor area to relax and enjoy. This is the third year that we have stayed here and still loving it. The view is so amazing and the sunsets are so beautiful the pole is always so inviting and the rooms are so relaxing especially with a jacuzzi tub in there

Will NOT stay here again - we froze. We stayed here this past weekend, after touring Ohio and now making our way home. When we entered the room it was like walking into a cooler...it was freezing. The heat was completely turned off. We turned the heat on and waited 30-45 minutes sitting with our coats on in the room. We finally went down to the desk and asked for a different room. We were told there's probably nothing available (8:00 pm on a Monday night in the Winter, there were 1 or 2 other vehicles in the parking lot.) The staff at the desk were aware of a problem with the heat in that room...have received complaints about it. She gave us another room further away from the water's edge. Same issue...heat was turned off. She told us that cleaning staff are instructed to turn the heat off after cleaning. The desk suggested keeping our room door ajar to get some of the heat coming in from the hallway. The room adjacent to us was right across from the heater in the hallway and they had their door open. Only one bedside table charging outlet for cellphones. Property could definitely use some sprucing up. The door doesn't have a reasonable locking system, or the clip that you swing over...so that felt iffy. Just didn't get a good feeling here...they're obviously cutting corners wherever they can... even with the heat. Will not stay here again. Beware in the off-season and check the heat in the room they give you.

Best hotel with the best service. I’ve read a lot of bad reviews and decided to take a look into this hotel myself. In the end, I was VERY happy. Front desk was so nice! Chidera had helped me for my first night stay. If I needed something, all I had to do was ask. She was right on top of it! If I had an issue, they fixed it ASAP! The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. It’s mayfly season so of course there’s going to be a million bugs outside, not much you can do with the mayflies. I had a complaint about noise and the Night Shift person took care of it right away. Very happy with my stay. Would 10/10 recommend.
