Disappointed The service was amazing and the breakfast was good. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. But the worse thing to happen was the bed bugs. In town for two weeks on business trip and each night I thought something was crawling on me and woke up with small bite marks. Eventually on Saturday another co-worker who was traveling woke up and her whole body was covered in bites. We immediately called our travel coordinator and was moved. But the staff that morning was not very nice to the fact of the very serious situation. And stated that she was an inspector and that she saw no signs of bed bugs. But she could not explain where the bite marks came from. This is so disappointing from the Hilton Brand.

Perfect and hospitable. I had a wonderful stay at this property. The hotel is a little outdated, but it is clean and the folks treat you with respect and great hospitality. Ms. Carol made a special impression on me with her professional and caring displays, from check in to check out. I will certainly revisit if I ever come through this area in the future. Thank you.

Ended up in urgent care due to chlorine levels in pool Unfortunately this stay ended with a trip to a walk in clinic for my son due to the massive amounts of chlorine they used in their pool. Doctor confirmed my son had chlorine burns/rashes all over his body and face and prescribed three prescriptions. The pool was so over chlorinated that I felt like my windpipe was burning and I wasn’t even in the pool! Two of our kids eyes ended up burning all night that we spent more than an hour trying everything we could to help them stop crying. Right after using the pool we noticed a rash forming around my sons face. Days later we realized the chemicals were so high in the pool it caused a rash like burn all over his body. While there we heard several other guests complaining of their eyes burning from the pool. I wouldn’t allow my kids back in the pool at all for the rest of our stay. Very concerned about other people getting injured. The pool should be shut down until someone is properly checking levels.

Would return again but hotel needs to be renovated! Front desk and breakfast staff were excellent. Very friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was as expected from pervious Hampton Inn visits, something for everyone. Hotel itself needs an uplift, is definitely aged and it shows around the hotel and in our room. But, the room was clean (minus some light dust in bathroom on shelf under sink and on other shelves) and comfortable. The only really annoying thing was the guests in the room above us. We are assuming they had children as all evening until about 9pm we heard stomping feet running around constantly. When hotel is renovated, could use some sound proofing in floors/ceiling!! For the cost of hotel rooms these days, we were happy with our two night stay.

Hmm less than impressed. We do NOT recommend this hotel. It is OLD, and Dirty and the staff is less than impressive. When we arrived the desk attendant was outside sitting down smoking. Our comforters on the beds were dirty and there were cobwebs (thick) above the door on the inside of the room. The towels are paper thin and the woodwork on the sink was all peeled-back paint. When I mentioned to the front desk attendant in the morning checking out, she just blankly said oh, so sorry. That was it. We had 2 rooms, paid the bills, and left. Disappointing for a Hilton brand hotel.
