Enjoy going there every time I went down to the PGA Resort with 2 of my golf buddies to play some golf, see a Mets spring training game, and relax. We've stayed here 5 of the last 6 years and will go again next year. The 2 BR unit we shared was perfect for us. Mella Caloia at the front desk is always pleasant and happy to help with any requests we might have. I've been a Sheraton/Vistana/Westin owner for over 20 years and, though I've had minor issues at times, certainly nothing which we make me not return. The staff always does what is in their control to right any wrongs. My only disappointment this time was that the outside hot tub in the pool area was out of service for maintenance 3 of the 5 days we were there, but I don't travel to Florida to sit in a hot tub. Minor inconvenience.

Tired property...look elsewhere House keeping obviously doesn’t clean or check anything when people check out. The iron was broken and it would have been noticed if they looked at it, was woke up early the morning after we got there because the fridge was leaking, the bathroom sink faucet dropped constantly, They had us move to another room which they told us wasn’t available when we checked in . The lint container was broke so it fell off in the dryer so the dryer couldn’t be used. Had to ask for bedding for the pull out sofa. The guy who brought the sheets acted like I was inconveniencing him. Will be the last time we stay at this resort. Trying to figure out why I pay $1800 a year for maintenance when nothing is being fixed. The floors in the unit were filthy and the rugs need to be replaced. Tons of screaming kids at the pool was another negative.

Very Nice Property! I almost cancelled our stay after reading some of the reviews. I’m so glad I didn’t. I do want to address some complaints I read. If your expecting a bells & whistles resort that resembles a “Disney area” stay...forget it...you’ll be disappointed. However, the pool here is very nice. The entire property is gated, well manicured & super clean. There are only three buildings & the clubhouse area with plenty of parking right outside of your villa. The bathrooms are not 5 star fancy that’s true. But they are very clean & perfectly fine with lots of counter space in both. The unit is fantastic. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit on the first floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to have a comfortable stay. The furniture looks brand new. The screened patio was really nice for morning coffee. The most important thing I want to share is that the unit was clean. I mean spotlessly clean. During this time of Covid I came prepared with Lysol spray, wipes & disinfectant cleaner. Yes, I wiped everything down (but I do that everywhere we stay) but I didn’t see anything that made me concerned about the cleaning standards here. The tv remotes were all sanitized & wrapped in plastic as well. Thank you to Ralph @ the front desk & everyone we encountered for a wonderful stay here on the Treasure Coast.

Disappointed at this property. Tired property: 1 br villa w/QUEEN BR was very tight, only 1 nightstand for 2 guests We arrived after a 14 hr drive. Our reservation never warned about a gated entry, WITH NO ONE AT THE GATEHOUSE. We pulled up to an unattended gatehouse, confused, down gate, no way to enter, thinking we had the wrong address, having to call to be told to returned back to the unmanned gatehouse, to be buzzed in. How difficult could it be for the reservation Dept. to mention this during the reservation process, print or email guests a message on the reservation advising guests on how to enter the property, or How to check in?. Inside, the 1 br mini-Villa was clean, but it is an old & tired property. The bedroom is very small and very thigh, uncomfortable set up, where you can hardly maneuver your luggage, and only one (1) night stand next to the bed, with two guests sharing the bed, not having enough space to lay cell phones, chargers, or iPads, etc. Having to bring a chair into bedroom to use as nightstand. I have never stayed at a hotel with only one bed side nightstand. At $150.00 a night I was very disappointed and feel that any place, for half the cost would provide a more modern room and a more comfortable bedroom, with two (2) standard nightstands.

So much potential - please remodel bathrooms - Moldy Showers I had read the reviews, so I knew this wasn't a real resort. However, we had Interval points to use and this was the best rated place available. Location is great if you are here to play golf. Isolated gated community so very private. There are 3 buildings, each with 10 units. Looks like someone started building apartments and just stopped after 3 buildings. It looks like an apartment complex and definitely not a resort. Units are nice size. We had 2 bedroom/2 bath. The decor seems old but probably just trying to look like a golf country club (cherry wood, browns, etc). The furniture actually looks pretty new. Carpet looked pretty new. Formica counters looks new but are highly unattractive. Kitchen has a good stock of supplies (Big salad serving bowl with smaller bowls, toaster, blender, colander, pots, pans, many sizes of plates and bowls, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, etc). Kitchen sink and faucet, and dishwasher all seem very cheap but the rest is fine. BATHROOMS - Showers are moldy and gross. Very awkward layout for both bathrooms. Honestly, the showers ruined it for me. Balcony is nice size and screened in with 4 chairs and table. Washer and dryer are the small stacking kind. Big dining table with 6 chairs. Air conditioner worked well. The pool is big but looks like an apartment pool. No gym, No dining, No small market. Buildings do have elevators and room doors open to the outside. Nice large TV's in each room. The person in the smaller room experiences a lot of noise with the elevator and people coming and going in the breezeway. There is a nice Publix close, but really no stores or restaurants within walking distance. The lady that I spoke with on the phone concerning our reservation several times was very friendly and helpful.
