Clean well designed rooms Friendly staff. Nice lobby. Great breakfast, including hot cinnamon rolls and fresh conveyor belt pancakes! Good size, well laid out rooms that have everything needed while away from home. Clean. Nice pool. Good location off the highway.

NEW OWNERS !!???? DUH When we were there for a wedding in June 2024, it was pretty nice. What happened between June and August? Absolutely a disappointment. How do you miss cleaning a soap holder in the shower? Green soap globs leftover from a while ago. The Kuerig's didn't work AGAIN! Both June and August. And why bother putting up a sign in the hallway stating "THIS IS A 100% NON-SMOKING PROPERTY." ? There were cigarette butts all over the front entrance. With employees smoking outside when we left and again returned. And the parking lot was full of trash, overgrown with weeds and even a shopping cart thrown in. No lawn maintenance or upkeep of the grounds anymore. It's obvious the owner of this hotel doesn't give a rats. Never again. What a dumpy looking place for the ridiculous price.

Disappointing and gross. Suggest staying elsewhere. Stayed here recently w/ family, won't be staying again, and would discourage others from staying as well. This location is substantially more expensive than other Holiday Inns that I've stayed at repeatedly. The surfaces in our room were covered with a thick layer of dust. There were stains on the floor and furniture. There was a piece of chewed gum left on the headboard. Neither the lamp in the room nor the fan in the bathroom worked. And the front desk staff was casually dressed, had their feet on the desk when I came down in the morning, and seemed annoyed when I let them know the coffee was empty.

I would never refer or spend my money at a hotel that puts money(greedy) over compassion. This Hotel chooses money (greed) over compassion. Had a reservation family emergency involving my deceased husband. Didnt cancel Called Expedia due to hotel policy No call no refund. Was told call hotel they make final decision. Call 14x

Beautiful place but not worth the $ Beautiful place. Couple annoying things that made my review less than 5 stars. First, we got married over the weekend in Belgium, Wi. Called over a year ago to book a block of rooms for our wedding party/family. Was told I couldn’t due to it being the Harley Davidson anniversary. Ok whatever. Asked if we could have an earlier check in time due to our rehearsal being at 2:00 on Friday. And check in was at 3:00. The lady I spoke to on the phone was beyond rude when I asked. Straight told me no. Asked for a discount because I saw there was a “sale” on rooms. She told me I had to cancel my reservation and rebook to get the discount. How dumb. We ended up checking in at 10:00 pm after a long day of our wedding rehearsal. Sat at the front for about 15 mins waiting to check in because the front desk guy was on the phone. Slept like complete $hit both nights because the air conditioner was extremely loud. Turned on every 20 mins and it woke us up every single time because of the loudness. Parking was horrible. Couldn’t find a spot to park in the lot after our wedding on Saturday night. Then checked out Sunday morning and the girl working at the front desk was dressed like a complete bum, had her legs up on the desk and took her FOREVER to check us out. All I’m saying is, beautiful place, but not worth the $600 for two damn nights. Usually never give reviews, but I think this needed it. :/
