Okay in Portales. I stayed in 3 different rooms due to continuous work extensions. My beds were comfortable, air worked well, breakfast was good when I had a chance. My room cleanliness was average one had hair on floor, sink and tub. This hotel could use bathtub updates; one was so worn through the porcelain that rust was coming through. I wished they offered coffee earlier for those days I had to leave before breakfast service. Staff was average, not rude but not real friendly. I would stay again.

I wouldn't if I were you First let me say , the employees at the hotel were great!! The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. That being said, I have never paid that much for a hotel room before. The booking agent lied that there were only 2 rooms available. Hotel was barely half full. They charged an extra $20 at check in for "incidentals", that was to be refunded. THE ONLY reason we stayed was that the only other option for hotel allows pets, and the carpets are nasty and smell. We will not be staying there again.

Pass if you can! $175 - the bathtub was constantly running, the toilet seat was loose so every time you sat on it it shifted right/left. They had cable tv but only about 25 channels (no HBO, like similar hotels). If they were not the ONLY hotel in town I would pass. Next time I will drive 20 miles more to Clovis and come back the next morning for business.

Great stay great value!!! Great stay, great free breakfast, great value. We will be going back!!! I usually don't do reviews but I had to on this stay. Staff Was very helpful and informative And most of all friendly!!! And again I must say, we will be going Again!!!
