Restful -- can't be beat. Quiet, clean, friendly/competent staff. AND could not be more convenient. Food is pretty good which is important since it is a (short) drive to a restaurant. However, I also used Uber Eats and that worked well.

Not a $300/night room. Upon arrival everything seemed fine. The hotel looked ok from the exterior. We were a little Isurprised that the hotel was basically on the other side of the fence from the airport runways. When we entered the hotel the lobby was nice with a bar and restaurant everything still seemed to be going fine. So we decided to check in. Everything changed as soon as we entered the old elevator. As soon as the doors opened on our floor we noticed an odor in the hallway. We were even more surprised how the smell seemed to get stronger as we made our way down the hall and into our room. The room had a strong odor of smoke and must. The door was dirty and scratched up as well. We looked around and felt the room was just plain worn out. The furniture was not clean and very worn looking. As we were deciding what to do my daughter looked out the window and to our surprise there were about 10 old dirty mattresses lined up next to the dumpster (yes this is the view we had) that was the final straw and we decided to go back to the front desk and ask for a refund. The manager was very nice and there was no issue with a refund. The 5 star rating on this hotel is VERY miss leading. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. This is NOT a $300/ night room.

They put us in a room that was still under rennovation. Cluttered and unhealthy. Dirty HVAC and all soap bottles had fallen off the walls. It looked like the renovators were still working when we checked in. The front desk was was not very hospitable. We did not report the trash in the vent since we only saw it as we were packing to leave.

Room not ready despite digital check-in. We reserved a room a week in advance and I specified a deluxe king room. I checked in online several hours prior to our arrival. When checking-in I specified that we would be there at 3:00 (normal check-in time). We arrived at ~ 3:30 but were told that our room was not ready? We had a very early flight the next morning so we decided to settle for a smaller room. The room was nice and the rest of the stay was fine, just frustrated about the check-in process.

Buffet So I go to breakfast guy says oh we got a buffet so I look at it it's got a scoop of dried out eggs and a half a spoon of homefries dried out to,all that for 13.99. Way to go Hilton! Great buffet for a diamond member! Oh he made me some eggs but that's it,and it was like I was bothering him!
