Close to the airport We thought this was a very nice hotel and we stayed here the first night of our trip and the night before we departed. Our room was large, the free breakfast was great, and we liked the location as it was so close to the airport. The shuttle driver was friendly and helpful. He gave us detailed instructions on where to pick up our rental car. The check- in clerk printed out our boarding passes for us. There is no view to speak of and obviously there's jet noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Not as advertised We chose this hotel because of the location and also because there was a restaurant and a bar onsite. There is no restaurant. There is no bar. No restaurants within walking distance. Pool area was very crowded and noisy. They shouldn’t advertise amenities that they don’t actually have.

False Advertising online We booked this hotel because of the pictures (specifically the pool/hot tub) we viewed online. We were utterly disappointed upon check in to learn the pool/hot tub were closed for “planned remodeling.” There was no mention of this on any website. I was encouraged to show proof of these pictures to the staff member, which I promptly did. She had mentioned that other customers had complained about this and that the manager “had removed those pictures from the websites.” She took a photo of the web page and said she would forward this information to the manager. “He’ll take care of you and give you a discount” is what I was told. I have not been contacted by this property and have not received any compensation for their false advertising.

Shabby hotel, shabby treatment This was a less than satisfactory experience. Shabby hotel, shabby treatment. We learned upon check-in there would be a $10 parking fee per night, so that we could park in the lot of the hotel where we had reservations. Breakfast Monday morning consisted ONLY of biscuits and gravy, toast or bagels, juice and coffee. Upon asking at the front desk if the situation would be rectified, perhaps adding protein of some sort, we were treated with boo-hoo tears and no solutions offered. Will not stay here again

Run don't walk The facility is 30 years old and so is the plumbing. The toilet overflowed and had to call maintenance. When I check in I was told the fridge was actually a cooler and I in the morning it proved to be correct. $10/day for parking is a joke. They will never see me again.
