Great one night stay! Our flight landed PDX at 2am and rental cars were all closed at the airport, so rented a room at ES PDX for 3 ppl for one night. The room was spotless. Check in couldn’t have been easier. The airport shuttle was quick and easy. I notified the hotel ahead of time that we would be checking in at 2am. They sent me instructions on how to reach the shuttle. Breakfast was amazing - Omelette station and many choices. It was the best ES breakfast I’ve ever seen. Overall - great stay! Thank you!

Absolutely recommended! 100%! I was so pleased with this hotel! First, the location near the airport is great and they have an airport shuttle. Also, because it's right off a highway, there are no homeless people camping outside. That being said, my room was quiet - no airport or highway noise that I noticed. The lobby is beautiful - filled with tons of plants and a waterfall! The staff at check-in, and with food service, were very friendly and nice. My room was huge and comfortable. I was able to easily control the temperature in my room. I ordered room service dinner and it was very good. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast. My room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were soft and plentiful. If I ever had to go to Portland again I would definitely stay here. Recommended!

A bit dated, but nice Stayed two nights here before an American Cruise Line cruise. The hotel is older, a bit dated, but it had everything we needed. The room was large, bed was comfy. Our room was on the street/airport side. If I were to stay again, I’d request a room off the main drag, as it was noisy. There is a nice bar, and they serve a modified dinner menu there. The restaurant is kind of in the lobby, which was odd, but the food and service was very good. Nice buffet breakfast, the omelet bar was great! I’d stay here again.

Great hotel with reception and breakfast included Easy hotel to get to, ample parking, super quick check in, love that all the rooms are suites, so you have a separate living room. Room was clean and beds and pillows comfortable. The evening reception gives each guest 2 free drinks, and snacks, and they have the friendliest gals serving the drinks, especially Carolyn. The breakfast is one of the best for a hotel that includes it with your stay. They have a fresh omelet station, fresh fruit, and all the other normal breakfast choices, such as eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, and bagels, toast, pastries, etc..The ONLY downfall I need to mention is that my card was charged $20 for parking at checkout, which I was not informed of at check in. I made my reservation thru Expedia, and they did not inform me either. Not sure if you book directly thru Hilton website if they tell you this up front.

Worst hotel experience ever!!! Worst customer service ever. Requested but never received daily housekeeping. After going to front desk numerous times was told we are sorry. Would not even exchange towels! Never again! Hilton you can do better!! These people need a lesson in customer service!
