Don't stay here - staff wonderful but can't possibly take care of issues that they cannot fix. Pictures to come. I hate to write this review because the staff at this location are incredibly good and go out of their way to help. If this location is owned directly by Holiday Inn, it should be ashamed of its customer svc. department which seems to have zero ability to resolve issues. This location is so run down that I would need a huge infusion of money to fix all of the problems. Even the sales signs for the corporate rooms were torn up and water damaged. I did not see any companies there and the poor Holiday Inn sales person must have a HUGE challenge getting any companies to use the facility. Our room smelled horrible, the fridge was broken and the room had not been cleaned I think because it hasn't been used. There were TONS of cobwebs, dust everywhere and sticky spots on the furniture. The grounds were disheveled, there were lights covered in cobwebs and the building was damp and outdated. I just got of a 48 minute call with Holiday Inn corporate and they were unwilling to help in any way with the only suggestion to go back to Portland location. But the issue is with Holiday Inn and its lack of investment in cleaning the facility and bringing it up to date so that a company would even consider using the facility. Shame on Holiday Inn corporate - they had no names of supervisors, were unwilling to transfer and instead of making me go through everything that I did, all they had to do was read my private review. I didn't want to post all of this but the Holiday Inn corporation is responsible for lack of customer service and non investment in what is a disheveled - at best - dirty facility. I intend to go to the Better Business Bureau with my complaint about Holiday Inn corporation

Nice Columbia River view Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is available for all meals. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the large pool and a nice view of the Columbia River. We requested a walk-in shower: the shower had an unusual step-up entry and bench. We found two disadvantages: the hotel is spread out and the walk to the elevator and then to one's room is long, not ideal for travelers with limited ability moving their own luggage. Because there is no public transportation close by, guests need their own cars or to use a ride service.

Nice property. Terrible bed. Really nice property and room. Note that the hotel requires a lot of walking due to elevator location. If staying with dogs I’d recommend the bottom floor. Nice pool area. Note that the bed was absolutely terrible. Would not stay here again without checking that the bed was newer. Was here for a conference and the facilities and service for that part were excellent. Friendly housekeeping staff as well.

Where not to Stay in Portland Oregon I've been at this Hotel for 3 weeks on a business trip. The Hotel has over 400 rooms and is kinda old. The Guest Laundry consists of 1 Washer and 1 Dryer - for 400 rooms? The internet is GARBAGE. Several sites are restricted for reasons the Staff can not even explain. Cars are broken into regularly even though the Hotel has a Security roving patrol. My bathroom vanity was infested with ants but the hotel sprayed and now I only see 2 or 3 at any given time. Last week, the Hotel lost power for about 16 hours. All other businesses around the Hotel had power so it was local to the property. Again, its kinda old. The Hotel is Staffed by some pretty polite and courteous people who have helped with any issues I've had. My company is paying for my stay but if it was my money, I would've checked out after the first night. I do not recommend staying here. It is the worst IGH Hotel I've ever stayed at.

Great Experience. Great staff We stayed for over week during New Years. We had asked if we could get a bigger room for the same price and thankfully it was available. The front desk staff were great and very friendly though-out our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. My husband said it's the best he's slept in a long time. The room we stayed in over looked the river. It was beautiful. The weight room had everything we needed and the equipment was top quality and in good condition.
