Cleanest Hotel Ever This is our second stay at this property. This time it was only for one night as we were driving to Corvallis the next day. Both stays have been super. This time I noticed how clean the room was--especially the bathroom. Everything looked like new--even when I looked really closely. The staff here is very helpful. A special thanks to Mahar.

Shuttle is unreliable When I book an airport hotel, I'm only looking for 2 things. 1) a clean room, and 2) a shuttle to and from the airport. And breakfast. Three things. The website advertises that there is a free shuttle from early in the morning to 10 pm, but that is no longer the case. It is not entirely clear whose responsibility it is to find transportation if the shuttle is not available. Of the 4 times I needed the shuttle, it was available twice. One time the receptionist told me there was no driver (at 8:00 am on a Saturday), and I'd have to get an Uber. Download the app, set up account, find a ride... and then my Uber driver got lost in the airport parking lot... And I had to pay for it. And then the last time I needed the shuttle, I made sure to let the reception desk know in advance. They called a Lyft and had it ready at the time I requested - paid for by the hotel. So my advice to anyone reading this is to make sure you get your transportation through the hotel (whether it's shuttle or Lyft or Uber) so that they pay for it. Or go to a hotel that really does have free transportation. As for the rest, the room was clean and the breakfast was standard hotel fare.

Nice stay Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. We arrived late and front entrance is locked for security. Front desk employees are friendly and helpful for both check in and check out. Room included breakfast, my niece loved making herself waffles in the morning and the women working were helpful when request were made for more whip cream and filling up my cup with ice. Our only con was hot water took awhile to come on in shower and parking at night fills up fast.

Fold out Couch Gross! Breakfast barely edible! We had a disappointing stay at the Homewood Suites PDX. First impression was the room was clean and big. We got in late that night and by the time we set up my adult son's fold out couch/bed it was 11:30 pm. I should have taken a picture but there was the biggest unknown bodily fluid stain on the mattress, disguised by a clean mattress pad – very gross! Also, it was very springy & lumpy. I went downstairs to report the problem and the front desk was very apologetic and offered to upgrade to a different room. But at this point it was near midnight and we were just way too tired to move 3 adults’ luggage. So they gave us a measly 15% off the bill. The king bed wasn't very comfortable either and there was no comforter or duvet like many hotels have, so we were slightly cold during the night. Also the pillows for the king … there was one large pillow that was thick and hard as a rock, and two tiny “half-pillows” about a foot square. Another thing I noticed was a kitchen drawer that was hanging down ready to fall off. The free breakfast had many choices but very lousy food. Also, there are not many "good" restaurant choices for dinner around the hotel. The area around the hotel is mainly industrial. There is the Cascade Station area, but we did not want to eat at fast food or Famous Daves.

An absolut great stay! I stayed at this hotel in a studio for several weeks due to business and I couldn't have stayed at a better place. I'm glad I chose it. Service at the front desk is very good. Whenever I had a question or a situation, they helped me in the most friendly way. It is located close to the airport and there are some restaurants/convenient stores around which is nice. I just had a couple of inconveniences with the cleaning. It was done once a week and sometimes they forgot to do it so I had to call the front desk to ask for it and they quickly solved it. Complimentary breakfast is not good :( very few options. I had to always cook my breakfast in my room. The good thing is that they had fresh fruits everyday and I loved it!. I would totally stay here again and I recommend it as a great option to stay.
