Better than Expected I believe this was my first stay at a Quality Inn and I figured it would be so-so. Boy, was I wrong. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was very pleasant and seemed very engaged with her job. You felt she honestly wanted you to have a good stay (vs. a monotone spiel about the hotel). Instead of handing us a pat list of restaurant recommendations, she actually asked us what we had in mind (downtown or close by, what type of food, casual or fancy) before making thoughtful recommendations. Room was clean. Bed was super comfortable and had a great night’s sleep. Ample outlets to plug you phone charging adapters in. Free Wi-Fi. Vanity/sink was separate from the bathroom. Shower was easy to access and had great water pressure. Large assortment of items at hot breakfast and a large dining area as well (didn’t have to “stake out” a table first before getting your breakfast). Clean, modern lounge area in the lobby and snacks available to purchase. Did not try out the pool. If I wanted to nitpick: you could sometimes hear people walking in the room above you, no garbage can or exhaust fan in the bathroom, towels perfectly functional but not plush. Bottom line: good value for money, friendly staff, comfortable sleep, hearty breakfast - I would definitely stay again!

Lovely employees but rooms need renovation The good: Quality Inn employees at this location are pleasant and helpful. There is a refrigerator in the room, a pool, a small fitness area with some cardio machines, and free breakfast. It has a heat and air conditioning unit that you can control. The rooms and linens were clean. There is adequate free parking. The bad: My first room smelled like a gym locker, so we moved to another room. It smelled much better, but I still got a locker room whiff from time to time. The bed was mediocre. The decor is very dated. The bathroom is crusty except for the bath/shower insert, which looks much newer than the rest of the room. The breakfast is the same every day and it seems to be all processed food except for the fresh fruit they offer. There is construction next door which may be loud from time to time. I would have given this hotel 2 stars, but the employees are so nice, I gave it 3. I don't think I will stay here the next time I visit the area.

Adequate Inn - better than paying higher prices just to sleep. We now refer to this as the "adequate" inn. We had a bed and bathroom. Just what we needed. But definitely a budget hotel. Construction next door at the McDonalds, entry road that felt more like a roller coaster or land mine track. Parking lot was a bit noisy so beware of getting a room on that side.

So so The toilet barely flushed so had to flush 2-3 times. My room was never cleaned and I had to request new towels. My cousin’s sheets had a dried blood on them that she did not see until she woke up the next morning. But, the most irritating thing was the television was on, with volume, on a political station in the breakfast room. I do not feel I should have to listen to this while having breakfast. I was unable to turn it off of change the station. The woman who prepares the breakfast was very charming and engaging. A definite asset to the Quality Inn group. Also, Trevor was a pleasure to deal with at the front desk.

Another Great Review Just wanted to send out a special "thank you" to Chip Robinson and GM Craig Lawry for helping us out with some reservation changes in a last minute family emergency. So nice to have great customer service. Originally chose this hotel and this area because of the very high ratings on the Choice Privileges website. Now know the reason for these high ratings. Highly recommend. Thank you!
