Clean, comfortable rooms, great location Rooms were clean and spacious. The A/C worked great, the bed was very comfy, nice desk in the room to work at. There was lots of counter space. Good location, close to gas stations, Walmart, several fast food restaurants. There was a small work out room and a pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good, lots of choices, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, cereal, etc. The only small things I would change are, the lighting in the bathroom was not great for applying makeup and the bathroom could use some towel racks but those were very minimal, all in all we were extremely happy with this hotel.

Conveniently located We stayed one night at the Holiday Inn in Claypool Hill‘s while visiting family. This is probably our 10th time staying and we’ve never been disappointed. The rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. They now have Dove products in the shower. The breakfast is good.

Very nice hotel The hotel is lovely. Very clean. Rooms are nice. The fitness center looked nice but I did not use. There are some fast food places within walking distance. The staff is efficient and accommodating. Both my husband and I were pleased with the hotel.

Over All Breakfast was good, carpets are dirty in the room and are old and need replaced or shampoo. Bathroom floor could have used more cleaning for my feet were sticking. Need a restaurant menu in the room, pen and paper.

Room was clean, but A/C unit was very dirty Our 3rd floor room was okay, but after seeing the dirty a/c unit in our room, we were uneasy about breathing the air coming from the unit. It was late so we turned it off for the night and the next day I asked the front desk to have someone clean the filter and vents in the a/c unit. I wrote about this problem in past years reviews but apparently no one took any action. We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years, and was glad when they started to renovate a couple of years ago. But the construction work did cause major dust and dirt and it was evident in the a/c units of every room we stayed in. This time the unit in room 325 was exceptionally dirty. Thankfully, a maintenance guy was there in a matter of minutes and cleaned the filter and vacuumed the unit. I would like to suggest that they might want to check out the units in ALL the rooms on a regular basis - not just when a guest complains!
