Clean rooms, Breakfast was a little lacking due to staff shortage, Our room was very clean and staff was very friendly. At breakfast you could see they were short staff, The lady at the counter was trying to do everything and could not keep up getting breakfast food out, and dealing with the front counter,

Dirty, smelly, uncomfortable with breakfast food that was hnarly Smelly and dirty ac units. Charged for a pet at check in but not when booking with pet included. Breakfast was the worst food I’ve ever experienced. Inedible. Front desk staff knowledgeable and unfriendly. Will not stay here again.

Run!!!! Dirty rooms and rude owner! Holes in the blankets. Hot water has to run for 15 mins to get hot. They fold hotel laundry in lobby and the mattresses are stained, when you bring to her attention she tries to blame you. She was so nasty I had to call the police so they could see how she was treating me!

Terrible room We originally were supposed to stay a few nights but decided to leave early simply because we didn't want to stay in our room another night. We got a pet room and we have stayed at many La Quintas before and have never had a problem so we were shocked at this one. First off, the air conditioner barely worked. Our room was so hot and when we called the front desk, we were told to turn it warmer and that would cool the room off....um, what?! It even got to the point I had to go outside and sit in my car to get relief.The AC was filthy like it's never been clean. Needless to say, the room was too hot to get much sleep with sweat pouring. We were going to use the coffee pot in the room but the water deposit inside the machine was caked on like it's never been cleaned. The curtains were ripped and a huge stain on the bedspread and we couldn't determine if it was blood or poop. It was disgusting! I get that it's a pet room but we still want something clean and in order. We won't stay here again. The only good thing about this place is the location.

Great place to stay with pets Stayed here on our way back to Ontario from Florida. There is a restaurant within walking distance. We travelled with two cats. Rooms were great on the first floor.
