Disastrous service Breakfast service is terrible. Not enough staff, poorly trained staff. Only one coffee machine, which sometimes breaks. You need to wait forever even for the staff to clean the tables. The first room they gave us was under the roof and very hot. After complaining we got a decent room. It’s unbelievable that this place claims to be a 5-star hotel.

Romantic anniversary break We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Prague. It is very central and close to all the major attractions. We had a lovely welcome and our wedding anniversary was noted with a fruit tray, wine and card. Our suite was superb, spacious and very clean. We were up on the 5th floor. We found the hotel staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious but get down early as they seem to run out of some products. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in picturesque Prague.

Old world charm, convenient location Great location, helpful staff. Air conditioned rooms. Beautiful old world hotel. We had an awesome suite with a balcony and a ton of space. Breakfasts were a plentiful and diverse buffet with the option to order a la carts as well. Located right by the Charles Bridge. Gave a 5 star rating but the one negative was the bathroom. It was large and very clean, 2 sinks, water closet and bath / shower. Our suite also had a second toilet. But it could use a bit of a modernizing upgrade. Overall highly recommend this hotel !

Amazing hotel! A true gem historical hotel. Apparently Mozart stayed here during his prime days. Whether that is true or not, the hotel property is truly a gem. The rooms are all uniquely decorated, though have a traditional decor, have all the modern amenities. We had two rooms, an elegant suite and the full fresco painted room. Both were excellent. For the later part of the stay we moved to the Casablanca suite 219. What an amazing room. With a massive living room, amazing king bedroom and a perfect second king room. The hotel has two courtyards that are perfect for sitting down for a drink, working on laptop or relaxing. Most rooms face into the courtyard. All 3 of our rooms did. There are many rooms which face the front of the hotel, which has a view of the river. The restaurants on property are amazing, the breakfast is very nice with fresh fruits, fresh baked items and a-la-carte menu of Benedict’s, omelettes and pancakes. The hotel is conveniently located from many tourist attractions, with the Charles bridge being a 2 mins walk. The rates are a bit high, however this is a luxury hotel so worth the spend.
