A new place to stay in Alabama. We were returning from Florida and thought we would try the Quality Inn because on the way to Florida we tried another motel and it was not one I would return to. We arrived and the person at the desk checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and everything worked perfectly. Nice breakfast and lots of room to park our truck and trailer. Check out was a breeze. We will be stopping here from now on. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIER STAFF FOR A VERY RESTFUL NIGHT.

Lobby restroom On Good Friday, April 29th I stopped at the Quality Inn in Millbrook, AL 797 Business Park Drive. I considered this a safe place to stop at as I have done so before traveling alone to use the restroom. This time however, what proceeded to happen really disturbed me. The lobby restroom was locked and no one was in it. I went to the front desk and Mary R who said shecwas the manager said there was no one there to unlock the door and that I had to be a paying customer to even use their restroom. Although I spoke to her when I entered, and went to the libby restroom, she accused me of being rude because I didn't tell her I was going there which I deemed unnecessary since I knew where I was going. There were no signs designating that lobby restrooms were for customers only. I very well could have needed to stop at the restroom before stopping to check in or obtain a room but the way she treated me such lack of compassion and rudeness left me feeling very upset. It was uncalled for the way that she treated me and I wanted to share my experience in hopes that whomever is over this location knows what she did. Any future needs whether it be to block rooms for family or for individual purposes at this establishment would be a hard no for me. There is a way to be professional and not make people feel less than human. Mary R. should definitely do better and receive proper training on dealing with people in a respectful and courteous way. I have never felt the need to right a review as I have from what transpired from her!! I reported it corporate and they agree that if you refuse to allow a non guest at the hotel use the lobby restroom that it should be clearly posted and I feel like she violated my rights as a patron and/or future guest. I left feeling traumatized over a simple need to use a lobby restroom.

Great Personnel/Service and a Good Night’s Sleep! Needed a room on the spur of the moment and checked in. Mary, at the front desk was wonderful! She was very courteous and friendly. The room was clean and the mattress was VERY comfortable and my wife and I slept very well. The window dressing that was on the window blocked out the morning light and we really liked that feature. I’ll go to a Quality Inn again should the need arise!

Pleasantly surprised! We needed a halfway night midway to our beach vacation as we were traveling with two small dogs. We were so happy to find Mary at check in. She was inundated with folks but was kind and patient with all. The room was so cool, great for a scorching day. It was clean, the breakfast was hot and tasty. The pet potty area was clean and well lit. Would definitely stay again

Nice remodeled hotel Stayed last night at this very clean, newly remodeled hotel. Mary at the front desk was very nice. Parking lot was well lit. Our room was ok, bed a little on the hard side. Breakfast was ok. Cute little waffles. No complaints!
